I send him my email address and hang up. “Well, that went better than expected.” Galen says to me. He was here, listening in. “I wish I knew more about dragons.” I say, standing up and looking out my office window. “Yeah, I’ve continued looking and nothing at all Ced. Not one thing on dragons. It’s like they’ve destroyed everything about themselves, or they’ve never allowed anyone to document it.” “They’ve probably never allowed anyone to document it. I mean, look at them now, they are almost extinct. If people knew about their magical powers, they probably would be extinct and I wouldn’t have a mate.”

I have read this and the other 3 so far. I am on Anacalgons story. These books are unlike anything I've read before. The way she blends all of the books creating one story within 5 books. Having the different points of views has been a new experience for me. Very well done author ............

Lucy’s P.O.V “We are dragons” he said as if it was no big deal, unable to stop myself from staring I just sat in silence, watching the pair of them in complete shock and awe. After a few minutes of awkward silence I finally found my voice again “Are you serious, dragons, like actually dragons?” I asked a little too excited. He just nodded smirking at my excitment, “but I thought dragons were extinct?” I asked. “Full blooded dragons are, they were hunted to the point of extinction, but mixed bloods like me and Colt are still out there, although there are not many of us left now” he said between bites of his breakfast.

Dragon's mate

Dragon's mate

It was the place where she felt she belonged, now and forever. "You know, in old times, and I mean old times like before my parents… Middle Ages, and even before that, there was a handful of cases when dragons were mated to other species. Plus, there is something about pure dragon couples that makes them infertile for the better part of the century. That's partly the reason why there's so little of us in the world. And most of the living dragons are now very old. Some of them never had kids…

I love it! It's a light read. Couples should be like the lead characters - beings that know how to communicate their feelings: love, need, desire, anger etc. A couple that knows how to compromise... To the author: thank you.?I wish you good inspiration for your writing ?.More Power! Stay safe .

I like the story but wish it was a bit more realistic. There’s no way that someone would accept and fall in love with their kidnapper within a matter of a couple of days. Even if someone suffered from Stockholm syndrome it would take more than a couple of days.

The Almighty Dragon General

The Almighty Dragon General

Intrigued, the First Blood Emperor looked at Thomas and said smilingly, “Is that so? In that case, why don’t you tell me more about it?” Thomas looked at the two and said in a soft voice, “This has something to do with dragons.” “Dragons?” Lucjan asked, “Do these legendary creatures truly exist?” “Of course.” Thomas continued, “Dragons are no different from any other animal. There’s nothing special about them. However, they have long been extinct. The only dragon that survived was from more than a millennium ago.” Intrigued, Lucjan said, “The suspense is killing me. Just tell us already.”

Dragon's Last Hope

Dragon's Last Hope

Forty-three breeding individuals were catastrophically below viable population levels. "We're already functionally extinct," she said quietly. "The Order just hasn't finished the job yet." Through the bonds, she felt her mates' acknowledgment of the truth they'd all been avoiding. Dragons had become legends precisely because they were dying out, withdrawing from a world that no longer had room for them. "Your plan would require perfect coordination," Kieran observed, his analytical mind working through the logistics. "We'd need to locate and contact every surviving dragon, convince them to act simultaneously, and strike at targets across the globe within the same time window."

I chuckled out in amusement. He scoffed his eyes turning back to me, seeming to ignore my previous statement but matching my gaze with his own, " The Dragons are dead, they are gone. Poof! Extinct. After the great battle, we smote each one of them to the ground, there aren't any left. We would have known if they were. Dragons cause great destruction, there's no way even one dragon could live in Paria or any of its lands without us knowing, the dragons are extinct." he finished, seeming to be confident in his speech.

Fueling the fire

Fueling the fire

I need to finish this. “A really, really dark era for the dragon species ensued. All existing females either fell into a depression and withered away, or they were hunted by (feral) male dragons in a vain attempt to try to produce as many offspring as possible. It was absolute mayhem. The males literally drove the few remaining women to extinction. The last female dragon to have been spotted was the princess herself. She fled in an attempt to protect her baby. However, word got back to us that she was found deceased a few weeks later as well. Nobody could confirm or deny if the baby made it, or if it had perished along with its mother”. I take in a deep breath, before dropping the bombshell.

Clouded By The Stars: New Moon

Clouded By The Stars: New Moon

Their race was slowly dying out due to the inability of their kind to generate more of the younger generation. This led to an awkward situation where every thousand years, only one or two dragons were born! Given the long growth period of a dragon, that was a very disappointing statistic. Now here came dragon killers who had hunted down eight of their kind, and had succeeded in killing them all; and all the dragons they had hunted were adults!

Frequently Asked Questions

The fate of Daenerys' dragons in 'Game of Thrones' is one of those bittersweet arcs that still sparks debates in fan forums. Drogon, Rhaegal, and Viserion started as tiny, adorable creatures but grew into symbols of power and destruction. Viserion's death hit hard—turned into an ice dragon by the Night King, it became this terrifying weapon. Then Rhaegal got taken out by Euron's scorpion bolts, which felt kinda cheap, honestly. Drogon’s the sole survivor, and that last scene where he melts the Iron Throne before flying off with Daenerys’ body? Pure cinematic chills. I like to think he’s out there somewhere, free and wild, maybe even laying eggs. The show never confirmed it, but dragons are magic—who’s to say he’s the last?

What fascinates me is how their stories mirrored Daenerys’ own descent. The dragons’ violence escalated as she did, from burning slavers to massacring King’s Landing. Drogon’s final act almost feels like a judgment—destroying the throne, the thing she wanted most, instead of Jon. It’s poetic in a brutal way. The special effects team deserved every award for bringing those beasts to life, though. Even now, hearing Drogon’s roar gives me goosebumps.
