I thought you weren’t living near here.” He grinned, his dark eyes filled with mischief. “If this is a dream, I can get us to my place.” She bit her lip and nodded. This wasn’t like her at all, but it was just a dream. He pulled her closer to him and stopped them in the middle of the pond. “Close your eyes.” When she opened them, they were standing in the middle of a kitchen. With her eyes wide, she looked up at him and then down at herself. She was in her blue sweater and jeans. Her jacket and mitts were gone. “That’s a neat trick.”

I said as I close my eyes. I open my eyes gasping for air; I have that one dream no more like a nightmare again. I gasp and slowly curl my leg and bury my face on my knee crying. In my dream I am happy holding a baby while singing and Vlash is on the side when a black figure appears and suddenly kills me. I see the blood and feel the tightening of my chest as I look at the baby in my hand. Vlash runs towards me and catch me before I could fall. I give him the baby before I slowly gasp air. When I look at the black figure the face of the black goddess laughing so menacingly appears before me and I slowly die. That dream is so ominous; I have to find out if the gods have caught the black godde

If it wasn't for these damned shackles, I could escape this place with no problem. My thoughts were interrupted by jangling at the door. In another instant, it opened and Damion stepped in, followed by a cloaked figure. My eyes widened when I recognized the cloaked man. It was the sorcerer that had confronted the pack days ago. The cloaked man stared at me with emotionless eyes. "What the hell is he doing here?" I asked wearily. Damion looked from me to the sorcerer with a sneer. "My friend Coltus here, is going to be the one who helps us unlock your lovely charming abilities," Damion preened.

I was standing in a secluded room, away from the music and the noise, when a young boy ran towards me, seemingly out of breath. "Are you Cordelia Blackwell?" He asked me with hopeful wide eyes. This boy couldn't be a day older than eight. I hunched down, "I am, and you are?" "I'm James Burke. My mama needs your help." I knitted my eyebrows together. Who's his mom exactly? And who sent him to me. "I heard that Black Magic can only be fought with Black Magic. Because sometimes darkness can drive away darkness." Uh-ha! That last part was all Morgana. She sent him to me.
