One of blonde's cronies chimes in. "Madison is the name, right?" I say, struggling to keep my voice even. “I have met a lot of girls named Madison before, and they are pretty and nice. I hate that I am about to give you a compliment. You are certainly pretty, but you lack the niceness that most Madisons I have known have. You lack the brains too, you are just dumb.”
