His fatigue was over and his heart was beating too fast than usual. There was silence from the audience for a long time. The light on the stage briefly spotted over Lucas and after some time, he heard someone clapping alone at the crowd. He scanned the audience to notice it was Moon, as he gave him a wide smile and a thumbs up. Doll waved at him and also clapped along with Moon. After that began a few sporadic that gradually became rapturous applause from all of the audience presents. The crowd rumbled loudly, cheering Lucas over his victory.

Damon shakes his head with determination and extends his hands, pulling me back a step, slowly backing away as the wizard glares, a strange, particularly green light flashing endlessly in his irises. "We are offering you a last chance, Damon," the wizard speaks, and Damon shakes his head, chuckling as he throws his head back, laughing slightly.

He breaks the car window, grabbing Maddox's neck. I push myself forward, opening the door harshly, making him fall. "Drive!" I yell. "Hasta la vista, Dumbledore!" I yell, waving my hand. "Dumbledore?" Maddox questions while laughing at my statement. "Admit it he's got a long white shiny beard." I laugh. "Aw, my side hurts. Maddox, can you help me sit down properly?" Maddox carries me over my seat, eyeing me to make sure I don't get hurt."

Damon eyes darted around, searching for a bucket or a bowl, anything for his Omeg... for Clary to be sick in, he smiled gratefully when Adira waved her hand and produced a bucket, handing it to him where he knelt on the floor in front of the Alpha. He took the glass from Clary and shoved the bucket under her face just in time and started rubbing soothing circles into Clary back as he clutched the bucket to her, his eyes slamming closed just at that small contact.

The entire auditorium just sat there processing everything they had heard. Then someone started clapping. I looked and saw it was James, Derek's teammate. Students were standing, applauding, some were cheering. Teachers were clapping. Even some parents who had looked skeptical earlier were now nodding approvingly.

Frail hands with a large smile on his face. He didn't stop clapping, even with the hundreds of eyes falling on him.
