Only darkness and a light hum can be seen and heard in the silence. She surveyed the surroundings as she tightly clutch the deformed dagger in her hand. Why does she feel a strong sense of danger approaching ahead? The place was eerie and dark but surprisingly they could walk into the darkness with only seeing a little bit of the path upfront. Hellion glued her eyes on Xegris back as she silently chant a calming spell on her mind. Why is this place so eerie?

I told her softly. Placing down the brush back in its place, she took the picture and sighed whilst observing it intently. "That is called an Aergon. It's not something of this earth but rather something from... Hell. Well, it was known to avoid reflections, including snapshots like this, hence the reason why it is blurred. It rarely resurfaces from it's hiding, yet when it does it brings terror to anyone that lays eyes on it. Most of the time it comes out at night to feed off people's fears. There was no one but darkness outside. "Who's that?" "Corrine?" "Elise?" Eiden guessed. He thought that it was his sisters being ignorant. Eiden approached the door and looked outside. There was no one and it looked deserted. Maybe everyone was fast asleep and didn't realize the power was off. Eiden closed the door and as he turned around, that was exactly when he saw the demonic figure. His eyes were fiery red with his entire body covered in blood. His teeth were sharp and emitted a lot of foul odor with two black horns on his head. He grinned at Eiden.

The haunting sound created an atmosphere of dread, amplifying her fear and trapping her in an aura of isolation. Eve's heart pounded in her chest as she summoned the courage to approach the window, drawn inexplicably to the enigmatic figure outside. With each step, the floorboards creaked beneath her, echoing through the stillness of the room, as if warning her of the impending danger. As she drew nearer, her eyes widened in terror. The shadow's form appeared distorted and elongated, casting eerie contorted shapes upon the ground. Its face, obscured by the cloak of darkness, revealed nothing but a pair of glinting eyes that seemed to pierce through her very so

They need to know how to do the damn job. “Meadow.” Aria said, coming into the conference room. “Yeah.” I said, without looking at her. So she took a couple steps closer and I turned to look at her. “What’s going on?” I asked. “This just came in the mail.” She said, handing me an open envelope. I opened it and I pulled out some photos that had been sent to me. They were photos of dead bodies, scattered around the ground. They had vampire marks on them and I recognised everyone in the pictures.

The ghostly face twisted and morphed, adopting a gloomy and sinister expression with a huge, wide smile. Sunny felt scared as she watched the face materialize, its hollow eyes staring directly at her. Trembling, she whispers, "What the hell?" The ghostly figure moves closer and floats right up to her face. She can then feel it go through her body and out the other side, which makes Sunny feel like she is being shocked. Just as she feels zapping through her, the ghostly figure vanishes into thin air, leaving Sunny breathless and filled with a mix of fear. The whispering in the room then came to a stop. Pure silence engulfed the room, amplifying Sunny's racing heartbeat. She sat frozen.

“Is this what the elders called bad omen?” Quinn muttered as we slowly walked away from the scene. “Bad omen?” I asked, never heard such a word before. “Elders say that bad omen is something unpleasant or undesirable thing that happens before a hunt,” Quinn explained carefully. I can see her nose wrinkling and her eyes being restless, an indication that she is nervous. “Maybe this is not the bad omen they meant,” I calmly butted in which made Quinn look at my side.

While I am staring at the dead woman. “I can’t take this… I can’t take this... I can’t take this” The cold voice whispers again and this time I can feel the cold breath on my ears. I closed my eyes to get rid of it but it won’t stop. I noticed that the more I want to get rid of it the more I can hear it. Same with the weird things that I see the more I think that they are not real, the more I can see them.

She could not stop now. She closed her eyes and mashed the button on the remote. The typical eerie music spiraled out from the speakers and curled through the air and into her ears. The ominous score was comforting in its familiarity, in all the pleasant memories forged in the vibrating soundtrack to a horror movie; yet there was something else flowing beneath that sensation. Something tight and unnerving.
