"Huh? But... you're blind. How can you see everything like you claimed?" Eamon's smile widened, and he leaned in slightly. "Let me tell you a secret then, Ms Heather," he said, removing his dark lenses to reveal a set of green eyes. Heather's breath hitched as she saw what appeared to be living yellow cells moving within them. It was both mesmerizing and terrifying. "You have a fading tattoo 'A & H' on your left waist and a tiny black dotty mole underneath your right breast," Eamon said, his voice low and intimate.

Alice craned her neck to look into Emilia's eyes, absorbing in all of her beauty. Her eyes looked as if they were twinkling, reminding Alice of a constellation of stars, streaking across a night sky. Emilia's eyes were a deep aqua blue, quite like the colour of the deep depths of the ocean but yet again there was a certain shine to her eyes that made Alice think of blue roses growing remotely in fields. Their eyes lock onto mine, and even though they are teenagers, probably only a year or two younger than
