All Thomas could do was laugh at the ball of fur that snored louder than he did. They sat and talk for what seemed like hours. When it had gotten late, Thomas walked his mom to the door. He didn’t pay attention when she really didn’t want to leave his house that night. He just figured she was just being “mom.” That night Emily passed away in her sleep.
