ERIKA "Hi ma'am, it's nice to finally meet you," Erika spoke out, putting her hand out for Julia to shake even if Julia herself looked stupefied. She wasn't expecting this as her eyes moved from Erika, scanning her face, to her hands. Nigel stepped closer to them and stared at his mother expectantly, mirroring Erika's expression. Julia broke into a small smile.

The toilet door in the back also opened, Erika was also well dressed and walked over to where Keitha was sitting, at this point she also reached for her phone to see if there was any news, except of course the current booming news and she was the main character for it, Erika didn't want to see. “What… Marriage!?” Annika was shocked as tears fell on her face. “Well.. yeah. It’s because—“ Ericka’s line was interrupted when someone called her name. “Ericka! What are you doing there? We should go to the restaurant now. We still have a lot to talk about for your wedding with Kurt.” Annika and Ericka turned their gaze and looked at who spoke. It was Ericka’s father and he strictly ordered that Ericka would get back now.

Liam asked, trying to lighten the mood. "I'm a virtual assistant," Ericka replied. "I've been doing this since college, and now, after several clients terminated their contracts because I made mistakes, during my difficult time with Daniel, I'm down to four regular clients. They're all very good, and I think I can stick with them." Liam dried his hands and approached Ericka at the dining table. He pulled up a chair next to her, not too far away, but not too close either. He could still smell her scent.

After exchanging some hugs and kisses, the girls walked in. “There aren’t many other women here,” Ericka murmured, uneasily sweeping her blue shirt over her slim frame. She wore a simple blue shirt pairing it with a black long slit skirt, which perfectly portrayed her long legs underneath. Anna just grinned. “What’s wrong with that? Worried that your ex- fiance might get jealous?” Ericka stiffened at the comment. Fiance!! She was worried about her husband though. She felt guilty for not telling Anna about her marriage.

He explained as he clipped it into the loop, and Erik wrapped his waist. "Just follow my moves, and we will be at the top in no time," Erik said before kissing my forehead. His smile made my heart flutter as I took him in, sparks coursing through me. "You three keep close to Greta. We don't need another slip," Erik ordered. "Not to sound petty, but I was a pretty badass climber in the Fae realm before coming here. I was only a year away from learning how to manipulate wind to fly before the shit show started. So I think I'll be good." Her voice held a tinge of annoyance at the idea of being babysat but also had pride as she talked about her past.

I had known Erika for a long time; she had worked at this school as dorm advisor and mentor for many decades and students looked up to her as a parental figure. She was wise beyond her years, even though looked as if she was in her early 40s. In reality, she was actually a few centuries old. “She tried to warn me…” Erika whimpered. “And I didn’t listen to her.” “What are you talking about?” I asked.

Erick felt exasperated towards his colleagues. "I am still a normal person. It doesn't mean that I do not take interest in the girls in the pub meant that I am not interested in girls(human) in general."
