"You want me to steal from the Blackwoods!” Ama exclaimed, disbelief coursing through her. It felt like a death sentence. Mr. Reynolds was a bald-headed man, and his strained face clearly revealed his age. “Oh, come on, Miss West. You're acting as if you haven't done worse.” Mr. Reynolds replied confidently from behind his large black desk. “Are you serious? The Blackwoods are one of the most dangerous families in town. I can’t even begin to imagine the consequences if I get caught.”

His voice was low and serious as he began to speak, his words filled with a mixture of concern and warning. "Camilla, I need you to understand the gravity of the situation we find ourselves in," Lucas said, his voice steady but filled with urgency. "These workers, this warehouse... it's all part of a dangerous operation involving drugs. If you ever lied to me, if you ever got involved in any way, the consequences could be dire." Camilla's heart pounded in her chest as she listened to Lucas's words. She had never imagined being caught up in something so dangerous. The realization hit her like a cold wave, making her feel small and trapped.
