Novel & Cerita Ezra's Book Pll

Reiya: Turn to the last few pages of that book and you will notice something. I opened the book and started surfing the last few pages of the book and to my surprise there really was something in the book. A page torn in half and in the half that was still attached to the book were three letters that ended at the torn part and seem to have no connection to everything that I have learned up to date. Those letters were ''NEA-''

There was a loud thud as the thick book hit against the hard ground with its soft leather binding, and there was a strange silence which followed. Eliezer's eyes were stayed on the book with a clear and distinct sadness which could only be described as the deepest lament. "No," he said with lasting conviction at the end of it all, "my folly is my own, but there is none such in God." He turned his eyes to Kallida with fierce indignation. "And you, Demetrius, will know it." He paused, taking a breath. His eyes turned upwards, then back to Kallida. "You have made a very grave mistake, one which you will soon regret."

Will this all fall apart because of me? “No. You are ready, the first plan was to bring you to the end of yourself so that I can work through you.” Ezra explains. “What does that-” “No physical strength. No Divine Power… Empty.” My eyes shift from one of his to the other. He’s not saying something. What is it? “Ezra…” “Yes, Eldora?” His voice is calm and firm. The way it always was when he was guiding me through everything I went through. “What is the real plan?”

He said with a teasing lilt to his voice. “Did you just make a pun? Now of all times?” I asked in complete disbelief. He was acting like this was no big deal. “I did and I thought it was rather funny. Stay focused Haven, we’re about to go into his room. I will go in first with my speed and lay the salt circle. Count to 5 and then come in and start reciting the prayer. I will recite the Enochian binding verse while crossing points on his body with the oil.” Ezra said with a nod, his hand on the doorknob as he looked at me. I held his gaze before nodding and then he was gone.

Ezra asked. Sarah walked up to the Sofa and grabbed some sheets and covered herself. She cleared her throat and softly read the book. Ezra opened his eyes. "Not that book," he yelled. Sarah rolled her eyes. "I asked you to specify the book, but you asked me to choose," she pointed. "I said change the book," Ezra was almost yelling. Sarah got up, irritated, and picked up a book about the stock market and began reading it. Ezra closed his eyes, the voice was not the same as the one that calmed him down.

Ezra POV The last time someone handed me a problem and said find what is inside it, Selene was still alive. That was a long time ago. I sat at Maricel's kitchen table with the documentation file and my phone and Dalisay beside me with the old pack legal texts, and we worked backward through the history of the Trinity Bond law together. Not forward through the consequences. Backward through the language itself.

Shannon was sitting comfortably on the sofa, reading "The Art of War" by Sun Tzu, when Ezra walked in through the door with a guitar case slung over his back. He was untying a leather collar from around his neck when she called out to him. “Hey Ezra, it’s been five days since I started studying. When are we going to begin the self-defense lessons?” She wasn’t trying to whine, but the books he assigned her had been finished since the third day of her self-study.

Ezra had taken to narrating Noah's existence with the seriousness of a wildlife documentary. "He's making the face again," he announced one evening, watching Noah from across the living room. "The thinking face." "What's he thinking about?" Eliora asked. "Probably milk," Ezra said. "He thinks about milk a lot." "Don't we all," I said. Eliora looked at me over Noah's head, exhausted and soft-eyed and completely unguarded in the lamp light, and something in my chest settled. "Three forty seven tonight?" she asked. "Probably," I said. "I've made peace with it."

Not about anything. Ezra crossed to the far wall and opened a panel hidden behind a dark painting of the ridge. Inside was a narrow safe built into the stone. “Put it here,” he said. I walked over slowly. The safe was empty except for a small stack of letters tied with black cord and a silver blade wrapped in cloth. I should not have noticed those things. I noticed everything. I placed the ledger inside. Ezra closed the safe and pressed his thumb against a small lock.
