They’re part fairy.” “Fairies are real?” I gasped. “I’ve never seen one, but I’m told that they are,” she replied.

I wondered who owned such structure. “Welcome to Destiny. Thank you for making your time to meet us here under a short notice” a woman wearing a pink dress suit greeted us. She was not Human for sure. I guessed her to be a Fairy. They were known to be smaller in size and always so cheerful even when everyone was quite the opposite. But underneath that veil of kindness, they are creatures not to be mess with. A being that could alter reality into dreams. Influencing the minds of those they thought were threats to them, without you noticing it.

I started “Please correct me if I’m mistaken but I believe I saw some fairies flying around.” “Yes, I’m sure you did see them. Their just one of the many creatures we have here.” She answered. My eyes just went wide with amazement. “What other type of creatures do you have?” I asked curiosity just coursing through my veins. “Well, we have fairies or Fae creatures that come in may different breeds. We have a few mermaids, trolls, Centaurs, pixies, um” she listed off sitting in her chair behind the big oak desk.

Happily ever after is overrated. “No I’m not, Cinderella has a step-mother who is wicked and 2 step-sisters and I don’t have any. Besides, Cinderella’s life changed when she married her prince charming. My life is not like hers… it’s just messed up, fairy tales like that do not happen in this lifetime already.” I said as I laugh at the idea of it. He smiles and faces me with this uncertain expression on his face. “I am glad to see you laughing now. You seem to be so down and... you might be right, but will I- will we ever going to see you again?” he said.

The Fairy Queen was very different from what Zen imagined her to look like. She looked more like a butterfly who had taken on a humanoid form, instead of a human with butterfly wings. A female tiny beautiful fairy, her wings were blue, her hair blue, her eyes blue, in fact everything about her even the clothes she wore was blue. "Who are you? Am I dreaming?" Nora asked. "A fairy like what you humans do call us and no you're not dreaming." She answered. "I know you're a fairy but what is your name, why are those fairies floating around that tree and not moving like you, and why am I here?" Nora asked.

But another alien race had taken humans and added the DNA of other species to make us stronger, live longer and all sorts of other traits they felt were desirable. The end result had looked human but been anything but. And after even more time on other planets and spreading through the galaxy they had changed even more. It meant a few things for sure, however. He was faster than I was, and stronger. I needed to find another way to get away. And that meant I had to outsmart him. What could I do to get this Frentin to drop his guard and give me an opportunity? I had no idea for sure, but I had a feeling I was going to get some time alone to think about it.

THE celebration formally started. Alva became occupied with partying and dancing. Eleand did not mind her that much; he just focused his attention on the foods on his table. And he occasionally scrutinized every faerie he encountered. He knew if the faerie came from Noyuh, others mainly were unfamiliar to him. Maybe they came from Argia or Gwiazda. He even saw shorter faeries, only his waist-high in height. But faeries from Alsache had a distinctive color of having white hair. Some were dark-skinned; others were fair.

Hera woofs at him. “See, she’s good.” He says, turning to the now clustered area around us. Aolis has told me of the fae creatures that live on their land. The little red-hair man must be a leprechaun, the twig looking girl must be a dryad, there are the sprites, of course, notable for their glowing skin making them look like large fire flies and then there are some fairies floating around too. At least I hope they are fairies, the good kind, not faeries the bad kind. Apparently, the only way to distinguish between them is how they spell fairy.
