The bright orange and red flames of my fiery wolf danced around me illuminating every around me. Suddenly, I was encircled by a black mist. My flames quivered a little and a black smokey wolf moved to sit beside me. It was Kali. No one knew what element her wolf was connected to. She was the only one, aside the Supreme that was born with a differnet element and just like the Suprema, the next shaman to be born was even rarer. For all I knew, she had been the shaman long before I had even been born but she looked just as young as the rest of us. "The day seems too slow for you, Suprema. Do you wish to control the times. Staring at the sky will do you no good."

His eyes wide with terror. “No!” My younger voice cracks as I trash against the restraints. “Don't touch him!” My uncle doesn't even look at me “An alpha cannot have a heart, it is a weakness.” He says calmly. Elias adjusts the controls on the machine. “Male Omegas bonds are genetic anomalies.” Auriel’s voice booms. “They destabilize Alpha blooodlines.” My heart slams violently against my ribs. “You can't do this!” I roar, Fenir’s anger coming out of me.

I have finally found my mate, if Duke’s repeat of the word mate in my head, is anything to go on. I get ready to move to her when suddenly I realize exactly who she is. It’s Beta Dimitri’s daughter, who’s name I cannot remember. I’m not sure I ever really knew it, as she is an Omega. I watch as her eyes widen when she realizes who I am. My eyes harden with the realization that she is indeed an Omega. There is no way I can accept an Omega as a mate. Omegas are the weakest of our kind. They are not meant to be Luna’s. They are never trained for it, and do not have the knowledge or experience for such things. I cannot believe the Moon Goddess would make this kind of mistake.

"Zara Winters is our mate." The silence exploded into chaos. Voices overlapped - shock, outrage, disbelief. I caught fragments of conversations: "The servant girl?" "But she's just an omega..." "This can't be right..." "SILENCE!" Liam's roar shook the chandelier. The pack immediately quieted, instinct forcing them to submit to their new Alpha. I felt trapped, cornered. My wolf was torn between submission to our mates and the overwhelming urge to run. The room spun slightly. "Breathe, little one," Noah murmured, suddenly at my side. His hand found the small of my back, steadying me.

River knew of the De La Mort's plan to take over all of the pack's territories, so she wondered if Lord Draven had begun this conversation with the rogues for that purpose. Now that he had his answer, he wanted to get into action. Fighting off the rogues, and then, the vampires would be too herculean a task. They might suffer casualties that would take forever to heal from. She would become Alpha, though. She would lead and protect her people. She was the unclaimed Omega who turned out to be bigger than the entire pack itself. Now, she was a hybrid – a powerful one. With a chorus of bloodthirsty screeches, the rogues charged at them.

Chapter 15: Two Moons Entwined Chris read through the result slip a couple of times, thinking he had mistaken the word “Alpha” as “Omega”. Nevertheless, no matter how many times he read it, the word “Alpha” was clearly stated there. For whatever unknown reasons, Chris was not satisfied with the result and he was denying the fact Nathan was an Alpha. Before this, he was certain his best friend was an Alpha and he did not mind it. However, after talking to his mother and listening to her thoroughly, Nathan’s description fitted more to be an Omega rather than an Alpha. Nonetheless, a heavy-seed Omega — the rarest of the rare.

The first was a female and she barely knew her that much since she's married to her mate. The second oldest was Cyrus, who stays in the alpha's household ever since he got his mate. Yeah, he is soon to be the next beta of their pack though. And the least oldest. Alexander. He has nothing to write home about, that is in Petal's point of view. Just like their father, he bully and picked on her, making everything more difficult for her. He cares less about her existence and make her do his work, watching his friends pick on her and turn her into a laughing stock, forgetting the fact that they are siblings.

Her grip was tight. "It's nice to meet you Alpha." I bowed. "Just Zoe would be fine." She said sweetly. I tried to smile, "I'm from the sun rising pack." "Great. I trust you, that you'll keep my sister safe and happy." I said. "Yes. Absolutely." I looked into Aubrey's eyes scared. She was the Alpha. Oh moon goddess where did I get stuck? "Okay then." Zoe said to Aubrey. "I'll miss you." She whispered.

I would forgive them all in their graves for I am going to wipe the whole of the dark pack for what they did to my family. They had the guts to do that? Oh! They wiped my family and I will never forgive that evil! "That is why I am The Female Alpha", I said aloud and my eyes immediately turned yellow. I could see the whole place, and it seemed as if everything was yellow. My claws and fangs grew longer, and although I was tempted to howl, I didn't.

“You claim to bring news of a dangerous hybrid. Speak clearly. We do not waste time on petty revenge.” I smiled and stepped forward. “This is no petty matter. My sister, Anya Selene Voss, walks this earth as a living threat to everything you protect. She is half wolf and half witch. A creature that should never have survived birth. Yet she thrives and grows more powerful with each passing moon.” Murmurs rippled through the hooded figures. One leaned forward slightly. “Many hybrids exist. Why should this one concern us more than the rest?”
