I almost shouted it out loud but quickly realized that it would certainly wake Tom up. I shook my head and gathered all my strength to focus on writing as an only possible remedy for my condition. I wanted to write few paragraphs about my newly created female lead. First, I had to name her… “Should I name her like a typical, beautiful heroin?” I considered all types of queen-like names. I wasn’t sure what was it about but whenever I thought of a beautiful, wise female character, her name always started with a letter “E” – Esther, Emma, Eleonor, Elena or… Elisabeth Swan…

I didn't feel comfortable at all. "Hi, I'm Hazel, the female Beta. I am Fenris' mate. It's nice to meet you. You must be an A-list model. You're very gorgeous. I love your hair, and your eyes... Hazel is my favorite color, just like my name," she grinned, surprisingly happy to see me. "Thanks, I'm Charlotte, an omega," I said politely and bowed again, keeping my gaze fixed on the floor. "She's an omega? She looks like the daughter of a top Alpha, don't you think so, Fenris?" I heard the same lady whisper, sounding bewildered.

Her face was soft and almost rounded. With a small nose and beautiful lips. Another creature entirely. She was what fantasy stories spoke about when they mentioned pixies. Even her laugh was tinkling and angelique.

I said Shakily. "Please call me Amelia, at least when no one's there to avoid you getting into trouble with Logan or my Dad and besides I'm not the Alpha yet, so back to my question" she said staring up at me, it's only then that I realized I'm taller than she is which is weird as Omegas are generally small in size. "I umm .. I have been taking secret lessons, but I can only hold my own against a regular rank wolf at a time". I replied.

She'd aborted three children for the male lead, Lincoln Faust's sake, and was dying of bone cancer.
