My big bad wolf

My big bad wolf

Dawn was approaching when they finally decided to go home, each with a plan in mind to face the challenges of the next day. While Lola and Maya shared their confidences, the owl seemed to watch intently, its large eyes blinking in the darkness of the night. There was something mysterious about the way she kept her gaze fixed on her friends, as if she understood the depth of their words and the strength of their friendship. In a way, her expression seemed like an enigmatic smile, as if she approved of the two young women's determination to face their dilemmas. As Lola and Maya retreated into the house, the owl rose from the roof of the gazebo and, with a soft flapping of wings, flew away, dis

One Night Stand With My Hubby's Cousin

One Night Stand With My Hubby's Cousin

“Only a few hundred, no big deal. Oh, and their lattes are perfect for drawing owls—I mean, latte art. You should try one.” “You mean like the owl you just filmed?” “Exactly. Great Horned Owl—it’s common around here and the WHR mascot. This cafe’s even themed after it. I’m late today because I had to help one owl with post-op flight training. Sorry.” “You really light up when you talk about animals. Makes you want to capture it all on film,” Vernon said. “Uh… thanks?” I wasn’t sure how to respond to that sudden compliment, so I just smiled politely.

Sold to the Count of Erana

Sold to the Count of Erana

The owl cooed and flapped its wings a few times and made itself comfortable. "I think it knows we did something." "What kind of lunacy is that?! Why would you be scared of such a dumb bird?!" His two henchmen lowered their gazes, feeling disgraced by the owl's judgment. On its eyes, they could see their reflections, telling then that they were the scum of this world." "Don't you think the Anima Goddess have seen what we did, Chief?" "Who cares for all that rubbish story anyway? It is just a plight to entice children to respect the woods and threaten them to stay obedient and be at home."

Mage of Wolves

Mage of Wolves

It just seemed fitting that when I flew over to the Flamingos house, I may as well be a nightingale. I don’t know a lot about those birds, but I knew they weren’t nearly as big as some of the other birds I could’ve chosen, and I figured they probably flew at night, what with a name like that. I needed to make sure I watched for owls so I didn’t become someone’s dinner. Visions of me changing my form back into my human self while an owl tried to swallow me down cracked me up a little.

This is one of my favorites. It is written well and is not like the other cliche wolf stories. The plot is so well thought out, I eagerly await updates. Thanks for offering something so new and unique while keeping our so beloved wolves in their well deserved light.

Arabelle and The Cursed Kingdom

Arabelle and The Cursed Kingdom

The bird was unconcerned with the darkness around it and instead strove even harder to fly faster. At the end, the owl turned right and entered a room with no one else visible and only darkness. With the commotion of his flapping wings, a pair of enormous and brilliant eyes appeared around every corner as the bird passed. This creature flew until the edge. It abruptly came to a halt towards the end, and whispered to someone that only those who have night visions like them can only be seen. Torches lit up all around as frightened and alarmed eyes appeared out of nowhere. The room turned out to be occupied by owls taller than 9 feet and dressed in white robes. This kind of bird is known as the

Wolfblood

Wolfblood

Before we could get too carried away, an owl’s call woke us from what we were doing, and Alex moved his face from mine. “I have to get rid of these bodies,” he whispered. I pulled him in for one more kiss, brushing my hands through his bloody beard. “Okay.” He got up and sprinted back toward his car, opening his trunk, which surprisingly still worked. I was unsteady on my legs, but found I was able to get up, relying on my left arm as my right shoulder was still sore. I limped over to him, and he helped me put on some sweatpants and a sweatshirt that he pulled out of a duffel bag. Once he was also dressed, he started hauling the bodies into the woods. I did my best to help, following him as

this is the second book that I have read from this author. the first book was amazing. the second book is just as amazing. the author develops your characters in depth. also unlike some of the books on this app she edits very very well. I would recommend reading anything this authorized writes.

This book is already so much better than the first. I'm hoping that Jasmine doesn't remain a doormat with Lucy and she gets her comeuppance. I also hope Luke regrets his decision and becomes jealous. Jasmine deserves better than those 2. love Blake! Talia and Alex story definitely intriguing.

The Whispers in the Woods

The Whispers in the Woods

Neither was overly aggressive, but they were both on edge, waiting for the need to fight if necessary. “Who is it?” The dark charcoal-coated wolf was a stranger to me, but then I had only seen Brodie and Rachelle in wolf form. I looked into his eyes, but it gave me no more clues. His eyes didn’t seem as fiery as Brodie’s, they were softer almost. They were nearly completely grey, just like their fur, but had bright purple flecks dotted throughout their iris. There was a kind of gentleness there and I realised it was Jackson before Brodie even had the chance to tell me.

Wolf's Pet

Wolf's Pet

The white wolf watched his mate with pride as she explained to her cousins. The wolves continued to howl until the flames had died down and the last embers were burned out. Carr took Lee's hand, sent his thanks to his pack, and then left with the bereaved families to talk further. As they walked away the owl took flight, calling to his mate in a low-pitched but loud ho-ho-hoo hoo hoo. Carr looked up and smiled at the ghostly apparition as he winged his way across the sky. A good omen.

The Wolf King and the Wilted Flower

The Wolf King and the Wilted Flower

Golden doors that never opened from the inside. The stories came from Freya. Every night before bed, her mother would tell her about the world before King Valir. About streams that sang through ancient trees. About fairies who slept beneath mushrooms. About wolves that watched from a distance but never harmed the Ronas. About Ronas who grew flowers because they loved beauty—not because people paid fortunes to own it. Maya used to beg for the stories over and over again. She wanted details. What color were the houses? How tall were the trees?
