DEEPER INTO YOU

DEEPER INTO YOU

"How could you hurt Jasmine like this?, iba ang binatang ito" I shook my head because i understand what she said about me, she said something between 'this young man is something else or different'. “I'm so sorry, Tita," I said, using the Filipino term for "aunt" that I had learned from my mother. "Ma-explain ko, I'm sorry." “Is your mother from the Philipines?” she asked. She looked like she genuinely appreciated the attempt I made to communicate in Filipino, a language I had acquired through my mother's affection for films from the Philippines and our visits to Manila when I was in my teanage era.

“What about you? How long have you been here?” “Five years,” he replied, stepping aside to avoid a slippery patch of ice. “But I grew up in the Philippines. I studied there, too. That’s why I still speak fluent Tagalog.” “That explains it!” I laughed. “I was wondering. You don’t even force a Korean accent. I love that.” “Yeah, I don’t try to sound impressive. And honestly, Tagalog just feels more natural when I’m talking to a fellow Filipino,” he said with a wink.

Shein that it is in good condition. "Thank you for everything Shein," said Smith who shook his hand. "Thank you for taking care of them," Smith turned to Jelen. "I'm good to them because Jelen is a Filipino. I was adopted by a Filipino woman who stood as my mother. She's good and caring that's why I have a soft spot for Filipinos.” Smith said in a serious tone. That's the time that Mr. Shein concluded that Smith is not the bad guy after all. It might be threatening, but from what he could see now, he knew it was kind.

sagot niya agad. Hearing those words made Euphie grin viciously. She looked up to the guy and said, “I really don't get it. Why do Filipinos have to apologize for something that we didn't really do? Called Ignorant, Pathetic and Reckless by people like you for some small damn reason, when the only thing we do was to welcome and treat you foreigners right better than we supposed to deserve.”

People classified as 'blancos' (whites) were the insulares or "Filipinos" (a person born in the Philippines of pure Spanish descent), peninsulares (a person born in Spain of pure Spanish descent), Español mestizos (a person born in the Philippines of mixed Austronesian and Spanish ancestry), and tornatrás (a person born in the Philippines of mixed Austronesian, Chinese and Spanish ancestry). The Endless Spotlight

The Endless Spotlight

“Good evening to you, too.” Iniba ko ang usapan, para mawala sa paningin niya si Philip. “W-why are you here outside?” “I just got home too. Galing pa akong Bulacan and I brought home their famous bulalo, why don’t you ask him to join us.” and then looked at Philip. “Join us for dinner, hijo.” I looked at Philip. Pinanlakihan ko siya ng mata para sana ay makuha niya ang ipinapahiwatig ko.

Game of Betrayal

Game of Betrayal

I caress my already big bump. "Here, sir, feel free to choose; by the way, we have a free taste. Did you want to?" Venus questions the man. I'm still at my back to them, not wanting to turn. "Yeah, sure." "Sarap, baka mapadami ako nito," the man whispered, and I heard it. I turned completely pale as he spoke in Tagalog. "Oh, Pinoy po kayo, sir?" Venus asks. "Ahuh, yes? How about you? You don't look like a Filipino, o baka may lahi ka?"

It's like he just stares at me, like that. Buja later pulled out a piece of paper and handed it to him. "Fill it up. Just for information. What is your country?" "Philippines," I answered. "Oh! Filipino," said Buja. "I'm sorry but I have no Philippine passports available." "You can use any country," answered Thurstin.

Nora, and then Dante, then Emilio went next, speaking in Italian. Then it was Mariano's turn, and I wished he'd speak in English. I wanted to know what he was grateful for. "Sono grato per la mia famiglia, la Cosa Nostra, e la bella donna alla mia sinistra che fa il mio mondo completo. Sono grato perché ho tutto quello che mi serve, amore e felicità." ( I am grateful for my family, the Cosa Nostra, and the beautiful woman on my left who makes my world complete. I am thankful because I have everything that I need, love, and happiness.)

This was a great read! Worth every coin. I like that it's not full of fillers, and doesn't beat around the bush so much just to make it longer. Chapters are really long too which I absolutely livey! Good job to the author!

This was an amazing story! I wish there would’ve been a little more at the end, but otherwise I absolutely recommend reading this. Another great story to add to my favorites on here. I liked how it was a little different from most of the other mafia romance stories on here. Fantastic job author!

Nonetheless, I wasn't fazed by her description. "Are they that good looking?" Paige asked doubtfully, her question mirroring my thoughts. "Yeah. I would do one of them if not both. They're that hot." Chris responded, stressing the HOT. Yes, Chris was bisexual, so he got his way with both sexes since he was really hot himself, to the extent that I would be into him but he was too much of an ass wipe and I saw him as my elder brother which was surely mutual. "Uh-huh. Kris, I'm gonna get a glimpse of this hotness. You coming?" Paige inquired, glancing at me.

As always, I love this Author! Now that the book is complete I am going to go back and read it again. Thank you so much for putting up with all of our whining about new chapters, however it's your fault for writing a book that I didn't want to put down lol! I hope life treats you kindly!!
