The woman screamed, her voice quickly drowned out by the roar of the flames. Zyra watched, her eyes cold and unblinking, as the fire consumed her, reducing her to ashes. “MOM!!!” he screamed. Cade, watching the horrific scene unfold, let out a roar of rage and despair. He charged toward Zyra, his desperation driving him forward. But Zyra was ready.
