The Lycans' Broken Luna

The Lycans' Broken Luna

It was dark there and only lit by the many bonfires in the field. "Soon, Love." Said Luca. Sure enough, not long after, there were several small, yellow lights emerging from the ground. "Woah..." Lilly was amazed to see the beautiful little yellow lights. They look like pretty little yellow lanterns. "You like?" Luca whispered in his ear. "Yes! I've never seen that many fireflies in at once…” Lilly nodded happily. She had never seen so many fireflies. They are like small lanterns that are flown into the sky.

Once Rejected: A Slave To My Alpha Stepbrothers

Once Rejected: A Slave To My Alpha Stepbrothers

I think about everything. "I'm tired, Chase. Might as well make room for me in your bed in hell or purgatory?" I chuckle humorlessly, wondering which of the places he's in. Oh, I don't believe there's anything like heaven. That shit is just an illusion to deceive the people. Their voices fade. Silence spreads except for my hard breaths that are shattering them. In that moment of stillness, something flashes before me, burning bright and looking beautiful. A firefly.

MOTH AND FLAMES

MOTH AND FLAMES

Their ride had been a very bumpy one but they overcame all the obstacles in life through perseverance and True Love. So, if you are going through something in your life hang in there, great things are lying in wait for you, round the bend!!! Thank you everyone for being with Alex and Eva on this amazing journey. I would like to conclude this story with a poem that reflects Eva and Alex’s journey. Fiery flames destined to burn, Burnt itself too in return. Hypnotized by the tempting lure, Of selfless love, unconditional, pure. Toiling and fighting for each other,

Her Eyes of Emerald and Fire

Her Eyes of Emerald and Fire

In fiery nests, the phoenix lies, Ablaze with life, in burning sighs, It rises high, a blazing star, Reborn anew, from ashes far Hush, little one, the phoenix sings, A lullaby of fiery wings, In darkness, light begins to shine, At morning's warmth, our hearts entwine. Through mystic flames, the phoenix flies, A sign of hope, in endless skies, It soars on high, a radiant beam, Enlightening dreams, in slumber's theme. Hush, little one, the phoenix sings, A lullaby of fiery wings, In darkness, light begins to shine, At morning's warmth, our hearts entwine.

RESCUED HEART

RESCUED HEART

'The Iridescent Stars; mmh… Typical of tonight. Nneoma read the poem, her voice smooth and steady. I gaze up the night sky What meet my gaze? Myriads of shinning stars They shine like iridescent diamonds Diamonds of sublime beauty They twinkle and shine, twinkle and shine. Giving light to all nocturnal creatures The brilliant stars tell me Tales of life yonder They tell me of great meadows With yew trees, yew trees with amber Fruits, of azure rivers ever flowing Of golden fishes ever swimming

Chasing fireflies

Chasing fireflies

she said softly as he pulled the car to a stop. He got out and took her hand, leading her through the trees until they reached a clearing. Chloe froze, her breath catching. The field was alive with fireflies, their glow flickering like tiny stars. She stepped forward, and they swarmed around her, almost as if they were guarding her. She laughed, bolting into the field with the fireflies chasing after her. "Liam!" she shouted, arms outstretched, head tilted back. "I love you!" The fireflies danced around her, their light painting the air.

Claimed by the Ruthless Alpha Prince

Claimed by the Ruthless Alpha Prince

I ached to return to it. Fireflies stirred between my striding legs. Their tiny yellow lights blinked and twirled around me, playful, mystical, like stars dancing in my midst. They charmed me, striking me with awe as I watched until one firefly before my very eyes vanished in the encroaching night. And gradually, all of the fireflies vanished. Darting shadows gobbled them up. Long glass wings vibrated the air. Dragonflies suddenly flooded the plains, elevating the gentle hum into a deafening, droning thunder surrounding me so thickly I couldn’t see. The peace I once felt in my home was threatened.

The Silent Wife

The Silent Wife

I had spent so long trying to open the door. Why hadn’t anyone told me the building closed so early? Some taxis drove past, some with passengers, some without. If luck was on my side, I might catch an empty one. I decided to walk, hoping to flag a taxi along the way. On a dark stretch of road lined with trees and no street lamps, I noticed tiny lights flickering near the ground. Fireflies. I stopped walking and smiled wide, the magical sight lifting my spirits for a moment. Mommy used to say that fireflies were fairies who granted wishes during a full moon. I looked up and clapped my hands in delight—tonight was a full moon, glowing red and mysterious.

Revival of an Elite; the Fiery Wife Rules

Revival of an Elite; the Fiery Wife Rules

Beside a pond in a patch of small forest was a large group of fireflies flashing their lights and dancing happily, forming a beautiful scene. Jian Jianan and Gu Mocheng were surrounded by the glowing fireflies and their hearts skipped a beat for a moment. She wanted to reach out and touch them but was afraid that she might hurt them by accident. The moon had risen to its highest point and its moonlight illuminated the ripples caused by insects and frogs frolicking about in the water. It was so beautiful that one could be moved to tears.

Is there a continuing book that tells what happened when they went back to Tinuadi City and back to the pharmacuetical company?.. what happened to her father and brother..what happened when mochengs mother found out that he was married to Jianjian
Rainer Von Hernandez
I love this book but the writer just left the ending to the imaginations of the readers. I assume that when Mocheng and Nannan came back, they took care of all the antagonists but it would be better if there's a proper ending.

Sparks Fly

Sparks Fly

The raven haired retrieved the beautifully shaded leaf, and his eyes widened to see how the leaf had all three colours, green, ochre and red in an extraordinary blend. “He was so happy with that leaf and a few twigs, no wonder he doesn’t have interest in playing with toys.” Austin said while shaking his head, making Lucas crack up a smile. “Yeah, he’s really unique that way, I mean not all two-year-olds can help an adult for a college assignment.” Lucas smiled knowingly at Austin. “Oh, that leaf gave you an idea for your painting, didn't it.” Austin guessed almost immediately. “Yup, the topic is called ‘As the time passes by’ and the colours this leaf has, definitely fits the concept.” Lucas
