He stood still, face dangerously unreadable, with his hands tucked away somewhere into his pocket. "I see..." His voice croaked. "Damn it. Get in." Damian growled, ignoring the presence of the Alpha. I fidgeted. Of course it was hard to choose who I should listen to now. I was still in confusion when Damian pulled me closer, signaling I got into the canoe. Oliver lazily dragged his legs forward. "How about the heir of Creasent pack to hold you two as you get to their borders? You have an idea this river only takes you to the Crescent pack borders?"

Ashley grabbed a glass of cocktail from a waiter and raised it to the air before drowning it all in his throat. “Also, we have a very special somebody in our midst. Give it up for the newest member of the Crescent Moon Pack, Amanda Martinez,” he added. I wanted to run away and leave him hanging, but luck wasn’t on my side. The lighting engineer had pushed the spotlight towards me, identifying me as the newest member.

“Lysa?” asked one of the Omegas he had seen, it was not the same one from the room who had turned golden. It was another one of them, his name was Kalte, if he remembered correctly. In his human form he was tall and slender, with a prominent nose and thin cheeks.

He says turning to me "Ocean," I say taking his hand "Ah Ocean, nice to meet you, Err is this all of you?" the man smiles "No of course not, there's more hiding out there in the trees, well you have our loyalty but let me introduce you, I'm James this is Danny, Sam, Lidia, Carol and Ed, Justine and Paul," he says pointing to the wolves, in turn, who all either nod or smile. "Want to sit down?" James asks

The dress shirt was so tight around his biceps I wondered how he didn’t just split them any time he bent his arm at the elbow. He gave me another friendly smile and led me down the stairs and behind the kitchen to another door which led to the basement stairs. He flicked on the lights, and I followed him into the finished underground level. There was a mini bar and lounge set up, with leather couches and a large-screen TV mounted on the wall. In the opposite direction was a glass-walled home gym. There was a variety of equipment inside, including a treadmill, stationary bike, and rowing machine, as well as a variety of free weights.

She raised the orb for all to see. “This,” she said, her voice clear despite the quiver in her chest, “is the finalized version of Magic Nets. A sustainable, controlled fishing tool that is smart, efficient, and humane.” The orb pulsed gently in her palm as she fed it mana. “I’ll be demonstrating a specialized catch function—targeting only mature river bass in the nearby waters, up to a maximum of 100.” The air around her crackled faintly. The orb shone brighter. And then—

Alpha Jack finished. Luna Sara nodded. "I want her in our pack. I need to keep her safe" Sean said, passinately. The rest of the table nodded in agreement. She would be a great addition to pack too. And Omega that powerfully is extremely rare and she would help grow our numbers" Steve pointed out. Sean and Alpha Jack both growled.

Jane said, Damion took out his wallet and removed a black credit card. "Take this and I must see that you use it". He said, giving the card to Jane, looking serious. Jane took it without saying anything further. I guess he knows when not to argue. "Alright, you guys should have fun, but make sure you answer whenever I call or message you". He said and Jane nodded before they both kissed each other again. "Don't miss me too much". Jane said and stood up. "Have fun. See you later Dave". Damion said and I nodded. Jane held my hand and pulled me out of the office and we headed back downstairs and out the door. My eyes went wide when we stepped out and I saw a fucking Lamborghini Aventador S..

she looks at me and releases a cunning smile. “What an untamed beauty” with that said she walks back to stand beside uncle frank. “Well enough with the formalities, now let’s get straight to the point” I look up and follow the direction of the voice, Mr. Archer. His very slim and lanky hands are one of his very prominent features; no one has fingers as long as his. He walks towards me and then maneuvers his way around me, with no effort he slices through the rope, like a skilled marine, he then walks toward me so that he is standing in my way.

"I'm asking now." Sighing, she dropped the piece of burger she was holding. She forced herself to sober up, fixing the man across her with a solemn stare. "I'm Lexie Cassandra Lancer," She began. "age 24, professional paparazzi and omega of the Chicago Pack." "I'm Marcus Jonathan Fitzwilliam, age 28, Beta in line to the Lycan and heartthrob of many." Marcus mimicked her, also trying to keep the humor out of his voice.
