The sun hung low in the sky, casting a golden hue across the expansive garden. It was Vivian's special day, a day she had dreamt about since she was a little girl. The garden had been transformed into a breathtaking paradise, adorned with an array of vibrant flowers, and an elegant white archway stood at the end of a long, flower-strewn aisle. The air was filled with the sweet scent of roses, lilies, and gardenias. There was a palpable sense of excitement, anticipation, and joy in the atmosphere as the guests gathered, taking their seats on either side of the aisle.

We continue walking, eventually reaching the large garden at the back of the property. The carefully tended roses, lilies, and exotic flowers spread out before us in a colorful, fragrant array. Xavier’s eyes widen slightly, clearly impressed. “This is beautiful,” he says quietly, stepping closer to brush his fingers along a pale pink rose. “Who takes care of all this?”

I couldn’t let her die for me, I wasn’t worth someone else’s life. Hastily scanning my surroundings, my fingers trembling as I pull out the lighter from my pocket. I walk towards the garden; it’s behind the house, so I have to come through the entrance and walk to the back of the house. As I walk through the garden, I can’t help but be struck by the beauty of the flowers. There are rows upon rows of carefully tended plants, each one bursting with color. The scent of the flowers is sweet, but not overpowering, and I notice that the garden is arranged in a way that is pleasing to the eye, with taller flowers at the back and shorter ones in the front.

It was a breathtaking sight, filled with vibrant flowers, towering trees, and winding pathways that seemed to lead to secret corners of the garden. As I strolled through the garden, I couldn't help but marvel at the beauty of the plants around her.
