Flying Dutchman Captain Novels & Stories

he finally announced dreadfully. “What?” “She?” “Is this a joke?” “So now we are accepting girls?” The boys complained. “Why? Are you scared I might beat you?” I quirked back. “She’s feisty” one of them remarked. “Emory” Coach Jude called and he stepped forward. “This is Emory, he is the captain of the hockey team” “What’s up princess?” He muttered. Coach turned to look at me, “You wanna join the team, I will give you a chance, if you can score a goal against him, then you are free to join the team”

Jumping into something with Richard Rashford, a man who held immense influence over my budding career felt like stepping right onto a dangerous, unpredictable minefield. Richard watched the storm of confusion and hesitation playing across my features. He didn't push or force the issue. Instead, he maintained a calm aura that only added to his overwhelming charm. I took a slow, trembling breath, gently shifting my weight to put an inch of space between us. “Mr. Rashford... Richard...” I began, my voice quiet and uncertain as I looked up into his dark eyes. “I... I don't even know what to say. Right now... my head is a messy disaster.”

Skates, ice, a puck, and eleven other men who trusted me to lead them through a game of sixty minutes of simplicity. "You good, Captain?" Marsh, my line member, wandered into the stall next to me, assessing me more than I liked to be assessed at a time like this. "I'm good." "You've been a ghost for the last month." "Family matters. This is the last weekend I was gone." I thumped him on the shoulder, cutting off whatever else he wanted to say on the matter. "Let's just win tonight."

I knew they were plotting something to get rid of us, but I didn’t expect them to be old-fashioned. “Come on, my friend. I know you’re bluffing,” I said in disbelief. “The captain never bluffs. Do you know why he became our captain? Aside from being the strongest among us, he’s ruthless than you could ever imagine. No one dares to defy his commands. He’s famous for torturing prisoners until they can no longer breathe.” The man chuckled before his head dropped on the table. I don’t know how to deal with pirates because they never sent me on a mission with them. But I know how to tame criminals.

A noble man entering a kitchen and cook for a group of woman was definitely a hoax, but seeing how confident their captain was they started to questions themselves. "He really did..Even though VP Elijah and General Andrea were frantic to stop him, instead he just ignored them and cooked everything himself…the food was delicious, sometimes when he bored he will come down and sang for us Maidens…Mr.Perfect was definitely different from all men in Fantasma..". (Captain Alouis) "He really was, isn't he?….Captain Bertha, welcome back…".(No.7 Private 1st class Pradine) As they were fawning over the man of their dreams, Captain Bertha comes in, All the private 1st class stood up and salute her upon

"We have stabilized. Minor issue with the pressurization system. Maintenance will look at it on the ground in Detroit. Apologies for the scare." A veteran laughed. "Minor? My life flashed before my eyes. Tell maintenance to do their job." Another player yelled forward. "Captain you sure we are good? I got kids at home." "All good," the pilot replied. "We are cleared for Detroit. Landing in forty minutes." Evan turned to me. "Pressurization? That explains the drop?" "Maybe," I muttered. But I did not believe it. Not after everything. The rookie across the way kept talking. "I hate flying. Remember that time in Chicago when we had to circle for an hour? This was worse."

A man in a steward’s uniform quickly scampered into view from the small doorway that went through to the little galley before the cockpit. “Get something to eat and drink for this woman…” The Captain ordered. The man flinched, bowed and retreated. Kat sucked on her teeth and wondered what sort of terrible food a plane would supply when filled with vampires… She wasn’t disappointed in her lack of trust of a good meal when the steward came back with a plastic wrapped bagel with a single serve plastic container of cream cheese and a coffee in a Styrofoam cup. She frowned at it with displeasure. “Don’t eat it if you don’t want to, but it’s at least another six hours to go before we land.” The Ca

"But Vespera is out there. She didn't lose her army; she just lost her ledger. And now she knows we aren't just rebels trying to break things. We're trying to replace her." "Then let her come," a gruff voice echoed from the doorway. Captain Vane strolled into the Command Center, holstering his twin pistols with an exaggerated twirl. He looked worse for wear—his coat was torn, a nasty bruise was blossoming along his jawline from his fight in the tram, and he smelled strongly of gunpowder and cheap cigar smoke. "If the Iron Duchess wants to come back and dispute our claim," Vane grinned, flashing a gold tooth, "she’ll have to get through fifty heavily armed pirate ships, ten thousand angry doc

“But we will—” “We don't need assistance. It's a short flight. Leave.” “Go home Constance,” the captain said from behind. “Dom’t worry, you will still get paid.” She finally closed her mouth, nodding silently as she exited the plane. “That was rude,” Lyla breathed. “That was someone that could snap you and spread your location,” Achilles retorted. “Even the Captain, I don't trust him.” The old man gave a small smile. “Best believe when I say, you all never met me today. I never flew this plane today, because if I did, I would be swallowing lead.”

His wolf growled low and menacing, instincts screaming for action. The woman laughter increased as she buckled her seatbelt, her face calm, as though she had been waiting for this. "This is your captain," the Captain's voice echoed in the plane, "we've lost one engine. We are gliding and attempting to make an emergency descent. We're working to control the situation, please remain calm." Damon's teeth clenched. Calm? What part of this was calm? He unbuckled his seatbelt, hoping to make his way to the cockpit and control the situation himself.
