And to highlight vampire nature, they do not like big wars unlike humans and their wars. But if ever there is enough supply of mature clean blood around the world, vampires would feel greed and possessiveness. There are hidden effects from drinking too much mature clean blood but no person or vampire historian has ever written a story about how a vampire would act if he or she consumes a great amount of mature clean blood from humans. “Ah… This headache won’t fucking go,” Ember groaned and leaned her head against the wall. “Fucking painful and throbbing.”

This situation made Aurora pale because she didn't know which way they went in, from the roof or from the drainage pipe. - A pure-blood vampire? It's been thirty years since I've seen a noble vampire. – Peter smirked, his hand went to his belt, grasping the handle of the iron ax. - What are you talking about? Who is a vampire? – Aurora approached the edge of the door and asked. - Blood. You people are drinking blood. You are also a vampire. – Peter said as he signaled the people behind him to pull out their iron axes. - I think you have misunderstood.

I whisper as I let him go and move back to Lawler’s side to show him what Leon has created for me. Leon steps forward once again, this time instructing something different. “Your people love you and respect you, all of you. Open the book.” He insists as he steps away from us to a group of Vampires who all turn their attention to me. “Open it.” Lawler insists impatiently. Lifting my hand to my mouth to stifle a sob, I read the first page.

“That's weird, I bet Ethan is hiding something.” It was already night, I was engrossed in the book I found. It wasn't giving me any solution but it had these vampire stories in them. Their do’s and don't, heroes and heroine, the war between them and hunters and their little alliance with the witches. It had a similarity because the man who bit me was a vampire.

A cold breeze attacked my flesh causing goosebumps to form on my skin and make me shiver. “A vampire has this spell book?” He asked through his gritted teeth. I shook my head again. “Not anymore. She gave it to me,” I told him. He took a deep breath and nodded; I could feel him calming. “A vampire having possession of this book is never a good thing,” he said, shaking his head. “I’m glad she no longer has it, but I’m worried about how long she’s had it. These books are sacred to our kind, and they hold a lot of information that could prove to be dangerous if the wrong species got their hands on it. And vampires are definitely the wrong species. This book specifically holds a lot of our secre

AVA'S POV “For a queen you are, you're getting a bit too comfortable with these humans,” Rowan whispered, his breath tickling my skin and his voice husky and laced with a hint of warning. My gaze narrowed, eyes flashing red with a hint of danger as I took in his words. “And what makes you think so, my love?” I purred, my voice dripping with sweetness as my fingers trailed his bare chest down below to his hard member. Of course we were lying naked in all our glory, skin flawless yet had a pale color to it, and this was absolutely normal being vampires.

Spontaneously this man immediately looked down, he was disappointed with himself that could not make this girl happy with him. Yes, he himself was forced to do this, he could not get out of this place because the sunlight outside could make him weaken and burn like dust. But he immediately looked at me with a bright face, he immediately approached the bookshelf and took some books that he found interesting. “I have a fine collection of books on vampires. Are you interested in reading it? There are several, and I can help you answer something that you cannot understand! ” he said showing me a book about vampires.

I mumble. Viki lifts her book so I can see the title—The Vampire Prince’s Bride. “I heard that vampires like to bite when they fuck, making the female have a cosmic orgasm. Maybe you need to find your own vampire. And you don’t even have to leave the pack. There is one living here.” I snort. “I think I will stay away from males for a very long time.” All my life, if that is possible. Viki shrugs. “You don’t know what you are missing.”

No wonder some people get addicted to it. The memory of what happened last night makes me shudder, and I try not to think of those men's threats. Now I just want to enjoy being alone for the first time in a while, so I go down to the library and search for something to read. There's an entire shelf dedicated to novels about vampires, which is amusing to find inside a vampire's library, so I pick one called Carmilla and settle down in an armchair. I'm ten pages into it when the door opens abruptly.

Some related to Vampires and others that might just help their situation. “I should’ve known that where Alexis goes, Alexis brings trouble” he grumbled as he threw a book to the girl who didn’t know how to apologise. “Will these help?” She dumbly asked. “I summoned them for a reason Alexis, now start reading. If there’s anything you can do it’s retain information.” He pointed to a pile of vampire books, “start with those. You need to understand everything about vampires first”. Alexis took a deep breath at the pile. ‘This is going to take a while…’
