Chapter 19 Alessia's pov I was going to release a heavy scoff as scorn ate up to my cheeks, but the whiff of sandalwood scent crossing my nostrils caught air in my windpipe. Approaching footsteps echoed, unmistakably belonging to Lycan Cyril. I swivelled around to the direction he came, and I almost doubted my instincts when I saw two figures advancing instead. “Cyril.!’’ Astrea squealed, skimming over to give him a hug already.

"You are my business, Freya. Every damn thing about you is my damn business and I won't let anything or anyone get in my way with that, you understand me." My reaction only caused her head to swing from left to right repeatedly. "You disgust me, Ethan. Stay away from my man and my life —." I shut her up with my lips on hers, claiming them passionately.
