I am surprise when someone suddenly speaks making me look around. I feel my face burns when I see Leo standing on the side going to the back door of the house. “Y-Yes Leo, did something happen? W-Why are you looking for me?” I ask out of words to say. My heart beat suddenly hammers so loudly and beats so fast. “I-I just thought of checking on you since Miss Lana is busy helping the others. I thought you might like to have some of these.” Leo said as he extends his hand holding a basket full of different kind of weird looking fruits.

Lucia alighted from the helicopter with wind-swept hair and pink cheeks, her eyes scanning the surroundings with eager anticipation. "Looking for something?" Adrian asked, adjusting the sleeves of his shirt as he followed behind her. "My basket," she replied, eyes still darting left and right. "The one with all the fruits." Adrian chuckled and signaled to one of the staff members nearby. Within seconds, her beloved basket of fruits was returned to her arms. She practically lit up, her expression radiant with gratitude and childish delight. "Thank you!"

I said to all of them in the room and they replied with a smile on their face and a nod. “Now that, that is settled can we dig in because the fruits in that basket are calling my name” Jordan made a joke and we all laughed he reached over to the basket to grab one but Brad beat his hands off. “What was that for? “It's for the sick boy not you so back off” Brad said. “I see so non of you care about me? “You know we do, you can have it I won't be able to finish all of it anyways” Jordan moved his hands to towards the basket but not without looking at Brad to see if he was going to react and this was funny to watch.

She looked around, her gaze searching for whoever might have dropped it, but she saw no one. Was someone playing a prank on her? Or had Zayne or Alaric dropped it? She walked into the cabin and carefully locked the door with the half-broken bolt. She sat on her bed and pulled the cloth from the basket. A small gasp escaped her lips, and she stared wide-eyed at the content. Fruits. It was full of fruits. Bananas, apples, oranges, and grapes filled the basket to the brim. A small, folded note sat at the top, and she pulled it.

“Great. Now go into the supermarket. Head to the fruit section. I want you to grab some bananas.” I wanted to scream at Masato, but obediently did as he ordered. Still holding the phone to my ear, I began scanning the fruits, searching for the bananas. A middle-aged man, slightly overweight, sweaty, and with unsettling light eyes, gaped at me when he saw me. He looked at me with lecherous, desirous eyes, and I ignored it. As I started placing the bananas in the plastic basket, Masato’s voice sounded again: “That man can barely contain himself. He’s crazy about you.”

I turned around immediately to see who it was that entered and my gaze fell on Lia as she walked in slowly with a basket in hand. "While you and the Luna were talking, I just thought of getting you fresh fruits directly from the garden. I know how much you love fresh fruit and that is why I went there to harvest some." I heaved a sigh as I grabbed the fruits from her as I stood there. I didn't know how to react to what she had said so I just nodded my head and walked back to the edge of the bed to sit down. I was sure that she had a squint on her face as she walked behind me until we were at the bedside.

When it comes to food, that person gives up right away. We proceeded to the row of fruit plants. I went to the very end. I prefer to pick grapes and find them at the far end. Ysabelle chose to pick the apples. The two waiters went to the banana side. I dropped the basket I was carrying on the ground. I looked up at the many grapes hanging on top of me. It is made of bamboo to crawl on grape leaves to bear fruit. Most are purple and others are green but they are also ripe. I slowly touched the grape that was opposite my head. I gently picked it up and carefully placed it in the basket. I do not want to remove the grapes from its stalk. It is better to look if it is together on the same stem.

"A first day gift." "You brought her fruit?" Grant deadpans and lifts one eyebrow at Trey in question. The three of us look to the basket together. "Yeah, it's in a basket." "It's a nice basket." I pull the heavy piece toward me. "I love the color. Thank you," I rush to express my gratitude. A guy has never given me fruit before. I have no idea what it means. "Yeah, now you don't need to leave your desk for lunch." Grant pulls on the plastic wrap, but it doesn't come undone. "Make sure and take this part off. You want to let it all breathe."

So, that basket is for me?” "Nope, it's all mine" Nicholas turned towards the young girl, tossing an apple her way. The girl skillfully caught it with a practiced ease. He then directed his attention back to me.
