Liam (Book 2)

Liam (Book 2)

"Yeah, same here." The whole night everyone spent their time enjoying Thanksgiving. Mark was doing a mini stand-up comedy making jokes with Hannah laughing and Grant sighing. Grandma Birdie was giving friendly advice to Athena and Rex. The look on their faces didn't want to be rude since they had an earful from my parents. Effie and Logan sit next to the fireplace, cuddled with a blanket covering them as they watch the fire dance. Jordan sits around the coffee table playing Jenga with Ares, Seth, Hank, and Don.

Christmas Memory

Christmas Memory

“It’s better than the fast food joints down the road.” “True.” She had no idea what she would do if she had to eat out every meal. “When we were here, I had the chicken and dumplings, and she mentioned that she once added too much water to the dumplings when she was making it for her husband. It was a funny story.” “I don’t doubt it,” Dak said, laughing. “She didn’t tell me that story, but she did say she once sugared the Thanksgiving turkey instead of using salt.” He was still laughing, but Memory’s eyes nearly bulged out of her head. “Wait—what? Ellie said that?”

The Thanksgiving He Sent Away

The Thanksgiving He Sent Away

Casinos, docks, private clubs, and off-the-record deals could call him away at any hour, so a sudden emergency sounded reasonable enough. My mother only squeezed my hand and said that as the future Donna, I would have to get used to the weight of his position. I had barely sat down when my phone lit up. Cassia had updated her story. Nine photos. One caption. [Someone remembered I hate spending Thanksgiving alone. Thank you for the surprise.] In the photos, the custom basket I had picked was already open. The pumpkin pie sat in neat slices. The turkey roll lay on a silver platter. The nut-free cookies sat beside a glass of red wine.

The Billionaire’s Submissive Wife

The Billionaire’s Submissive Wife

They could eat a lot and not be scolded. Before Thanksgiving, donations would be made to them from different charity organizations and NGOs. All the reverend sisters would gather and cook a different meal for them, and together they would carve up the turkey. There was a lot to eat and drink, and laughter filled the whole room because they were with friends and family. But here in the restaurant, they were with different people, and they all had family. They would probably be going home for the holiday, and Mary would be the only one around.

One Bonus, One Feast, One Frozen Death

One Bonus, One Feast, One Frozen Death

The nightmare from my previous life was still vivid in my mind. At the time, I was thrilled as I walked onto the stage, thinking I could finally use the prize money to buy my mom some new clothes. Then Michelle suddenly announced that she was doubling the prize to one thousand dollars in recognition of my excellent performance the year before. Before I could fully enjoy the moment, Caleb started egging everyone on, insisting I treat them to a meal. Michelle even threatened to make me quit if I ruined the mood. In the end, the Thanksgiving gathering she had planned turned into a dinner I had to pay for. I ended up spending 100 thousand dollars out of my own pocket.

Risks Of Loving You

Risks Of Loving You

"If you were hoping for a traditional, family-centric celebration, look no further than the Burke family Thanksgiving tradition, when every relative with money, good connections, or both is schmoozed by anyone in the family looking to improve their social standing. The turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and pumpkin pie are just obstacles to hurdle in the race to somebody's wallet. Mother often complained about the necessity of inviting our 'less fortunate' relatives, but I think she enjoyed being worshipped by them." I'm at a loss for words. "Well, that's, um..." "Not what you expected?" I laugh awkwardly. "No, not exactly." I tilt my head and give him a teasingly contemplative look. "I thin

Alpha Caius and the Runaway Luna

Alpha Caius and the Runaway Luna

That wasn’t what happened. Damon, Ghost, and Caius were … happy. I entered to find the three of them sitting at the dining room table talking animatedly. Even Ghost, who rarely showed emotion, was grinning. It was a shit-eating, trouble stirring grin, but a grin, nonetheless. They were laughing and joking, trading stories about past Thanksgivings and reminiscing about their childhood. I caught a few snippets here and there as I entered slowly behind Fallon. As soon as Damon spotted her, he waved us over. “Come sit you two. The food will be out soon. We were just telling Ghost about that time you and Knight tried to sneak a live turkey into the house for Thanksgiving.”

Dear Author, I love your books. I look forward to reading the rest of this one as you write. You have not updated this book in some time so I hope you and your family are ok. Thank you for sharing your imagination and vision.

the story is good and funny, but updates are only every 2 weeks or so. 230 chapters and still very far from any of the multiple problems being solved. So I guess, with only a few chapters per month the story will go on for another year or more.

PLAYBOY'S PERSONAL ASSISTANT

PLAYBOY'S PERSONAL ASSISTANT

I rolled my eyes, but I couldn’t stay mad at him, especially since part of me loved how dirty I felt walking around like this. “I have a serious question,” I said as we watched two seniors destroy their pumpkin pies. “What are you doing for Thanksgiving?” “I imagine I’ll be eating turkey somewhere,” ,” I muttered, but I was smilin

The Mafia King's Sweetheart

The Mafia King's Sweetheart

'Stop it! 'Okay, okay,' I laughed. 'I also ran you a nice bubble bath and picked out what you would wear t…' 'Get your steamed chicken! Just the right amount of human flesh!' I shouted. Reminding him of the time he ran a bath for me. He almost cooked me alive. 'I got it right this time, I swear,' he promised sheepishly. 'And we need to hurry, we have to prepare for Thanksgiving dinner.' 'Today is Thanksgiving? My birthday fell on Thanksgiving? And I thought Italian don't do Thanksgiving?' He nodded. I awned. 'For me?' He nodded again, still pouting childishly. 'What did you pick out for me to wear?'

One of the most hilarious Mafia’s books I’ve ever read in this App. A little bit long for my liking. But I loved ... great read. One of the things I liked the most was tha the female lead was a badass and not a crying one. Keep it up Author. I can’t wait to read more of your books.

OMG - this book is really great. Lots of twists and turns. Different plots that all tie together. Right amounts of humor, seriousness, and steamy scenes. Took my time to read this book because I enjoyed it so much. Strong female lead.
