Evolve to Survive

Evolve to Survive

After an amount of time inconceivable for a normal human, the psionic storm eventually asks the question, “why am I doing this?” This question starts a cascade of other questions which slowly but surely make the storm more intelligent. With enough time, time that is uncountable for humans, the storm becomes aware of itself and slowly it compresses the storm into what one could call, a primordial soul due to its nature coming directly from the void. A primordial soul is a soul with so much psionic power that it could technically cause the creation of a galaxy. Bigger primordial souls can theoretically create another universe. In the entire history of humankind, there have been only 2 cases of

Shadowsouled

Shadowsouled

They'd begun linking as their number grew, forming an intricate lacework inside her, the space between them slowly shrinking as he added to them each time. They surely almost equalled the number of her own, human cells now, and when they surpassed them - when she was finally more shadowsouled than she was human - she would likely be able to begin manipulating this darkness of her own. He was looking forward to finding out how she'd use it. They were all a little different in that sense, but destined shadow-soulmates always complemented each other perfectly.

SOUL'LESS

SOUL'LESS

Only if I had known my soul would have been sold for nothing, I would have ended it. The room hadn't changed a bit all these years. Same dark walls that made the room intimidating and the absolute perfection in the way it was organized just as its owner, hiding all that evil just barely underneath the surface, simmering and waiting for the perfect time to strike its prey. I repressed a shudder and took a seat waiting for him to notice my presence in the room. He was writing in a journal on the desk, I had always wondered what he wrote in there, the number of people he killed, or the latest mission he accomplished?

SoulBound: Chosen by Darkness

SoulBound: Chosen by Darkness

The way distance weakened the bond and feeding the weakness fed Odon Kuraim and Odon Kuraim's growth made bonded pairs more vulnerable and more visible and more susceptible to the institutional machinery that hunted them. The way the dead zones formed. The way chosen proximity created something Watchers couldn't track and Severers couldn't reach and Odon couldn't feed on. The way Nori had named the dark in real time and had the naming work. The way the reaffirmation event in the ritual space had made the dark recoil. Gibor listened the way he listened to tactical briefings — completely, without interruption, with the specific quality of attention that meant he was building a model in real ti

I say to her when she shrieks at me and I chuckle at her as I turn and walk away, but stop when I see Gaia point at Bethany. “Oh, I thought you would have learnt your lesson last time. Human. Such a pity. Your soul and those who have followed you will feed my gate. The monsters are ravenous for your corrupted souls.” She chuckles as she turns, flicking her blonde ponytail behind her as she cat walks towards me and I shake my head at her. “Oh, I forgot. Bethany. Why don’t you tell your good friend Sephone what happened to Shanti? I bet she is dying to know the truth.” Her eyes flash a bright red and I turn to look at Sephone, who blinks and looks at Bethany.

" Fang said nothing more. He kept looking at the sky with a build up anxiety. She had to pass through all otherwise it was all pointless. Aware of the treacherous nature of this one-way road to hidden paradise, she dragged herself toward the final burning membrane. Several beasts in the vicinity starting howling. As she moved closer, her soul started fading even faster, just like a wisp of smoke. The torment, the pain, the helplessness, the heat, everything was being incinerated into her soul. Yet, she kept moving forward. "I remember something!" Fang uttered with teary eyes, "I remember a verse that I read a long time ago..." "..." Creed said nothing, just kept gazing at her. "From the very

Still coming along nicely. The Archie plot has hot a good point. I feel there is more to come with Rain in the story and I like that. It is good to acknowledge the news spread of his accomplishments beating down Archie, but I would shorten the side conversations of the random people.

I'm honestly surprised that this story doesn't have more views and reviews. It's well-written, moves at a relaxing pace and the author did an amazing job with the descriptions. The characters has great depth, personalities that stand out. It is also clean and well-edited.

Your Soul Is Mine

Your Soul Is Mine

It was real. “T..that , we’re not on earth anymore and we travelled through some portal to get here.” “Close. We are on earth, it’s just a parallel universe.” He placed the claw of his index finger on my forehead, scraping it slightly starting from the centre to the side of my forehead. Slowly, he brings it down to my sideburn, leaving a trail of blood. “And you two dumbfucks might just be the first species to cross the portal in over a century”

Midnight Between Us

Midnight Between Us

The sheer, staggering magnitude of the sight stole the breath from Ava's lungs. Then, a profound understanding struck her. This was Atlas. Not the corrupted network Marcus had weaponized, not the invasive technology, and not the sterile laboratory experiments. This was the true foundation resting beneath everything—the sacred reservoir where every digitized human soul and emotional resonance eventually settled when freed from physical constraints. And directly among those countless, drifting lights, three specific stars glowed infinitely brighter than the rest. Daniel. Prototype One. Prototype Two. Three fractured souls, three incomplete lives, orbiting one another in a perpetual, agonizing

Perhaps it didn’t matter any longer no matter where anything was. So, she put a foot up on the railing, then launched herself out into the darkness. And at some point, Sara Chase struck the darkness and ceased to be. ~ Half of the stragglers at Yggdrasil Station erupted in clamor as all manner of reports and live feeds scrolled by on the massive holographic projection of the galaxy. They simply couldn’t believe what they were seeing - entire solar systems were being taken by Godeater.

By the title itself, it was already something that would hook anyone immediately. And after reading a few chapters, indeed it was great. I really love reborn books/novels and I am not disappointed one bit at all! Love the Mc by the way.

The Soul Swap

The Soul Swap

I also made an effort to listen to Madeline’s thoughts, putting myself in her shoes and trying to understand her perspective. Their lives began to improve, and they often shared stories about the friends they made at school. They became close companions as they learned from each other. Together, they succeeded in getting into prestigious universities. I watched them smile often and I quietly exhaled with relief. As I became more empathetic, I no longer blamed others for my suffering. Slowly, my business began to flourish. The soul swap was perhaps a gift from the heavens. It not only saved Madeline but also rescued me from becoming someone increasingly arrogant and self-centered.
