Lex Luthor Arevalo, a tech billionaire, is murdered on his birthday after discovering his wife’s infidelity. But the next morning, he awakens as a different man. He was previously disabled and confined to his wheelchair. But now, as Genesis, he is healthy and virulent. He is, however, jobless and abandoned by his wife, or the wife of the man who owned his new body. How will he repair the new life that has been given to him while also seeking vengeance on his murderer who happens to be just around him?
