Will treats them as maids rather than fans. I almost scoffed at what I saw, but instead, I forced a smile. That was only Will's worth. A fake smile for a fake affection. Will and his minions spread rumors that Will was patiently pursuing me. That Will is diligent, and his love is patient and selfless. That Will is head over heels in love with me.

I grit my teeth in anger and left to buy the candles my brother asked me with unwanted grievous sensations brimming in my chest. ..I don't love her.. And I never will... I will never fall this low..

And it hit him properly then — not gently, not in pieces, but all at once in that quiet brutal way grief returns when it has nowhere else to go. It didn’t feel like sadness. It felt like anger that had nowhere to land except inward. The coffee on his nightstand went cold. He didn’t notice.

Giselle kneeled, picking it up. Giselle looked at the list showing loads of missed calls from her. Anger washed over her body like a tidal wave that never seemed to retreat. Her heart clenched as Giselle gasped for air. Yet, she couldn’t cry. Her tears didn’t make their way out. It left her with unbearable pain. Giselle couldn’t help but grind her teeth. I spat angrily, as I pulled my hands away from his hold, while he looked at me confused by my sudden outburst. "What then do you want you to know I'll do it," he said as he pushed my hair backward, looking at me calmly... "I don't know okay! I sincerely don't know right now" I stood on my feet, confused as I lashed out my frustration. "All I know is that I can't get you out of my head, I keep thinking about you, staying up late, trying to picture your smile in my head"I voiced out, as tears spilled from my eyes, running down my cheeks and I couldn't understand why I was crying and what I was crying for.

Typed: Do you ever think of me when you post those pictures? Then I deleted it. Typed: Can I call you? Deleted. Eventually, I just sat there staring at her name. Not pressing send. Not pressing anything. Just hurting. Because this wasn’t heartbreak anymore. This was grief. And I wasn’t sure I’d ever stop feeling it.

" Ginger replied, with a burning anger. Ginger drew Emily in and gave her a hug. She told Emily to calm down. The deed has been done and there was no way to reverse the time. No matter of tears can change what had already happened. "It's ok, Emily. Tears won't make the pain go away, I know that. The way you are behaving might get you ill. Please, just relax. I'm sorry to watch you weep so much." With tears in her eyes, Ginger said. "I'm really grateful, Ginger. I want to stop crying g, but it feels like they won't go away. I have never experienced this, therefore it's hard for me to suppress my feelings."

POV: Luca Here is the thing about grief: after a long enough, you stop feeling it as sadness and start feeling it as weather. It is just the climate you live in. Sometimes it is mild, and you almost forget it is there. Sometimes it rolls in fast and you cannot see six feet in front of you. You learn to function in both conditions, and eventually, people stop noticing you are functioning in any condition at all, because you have gotten so good at the surface.
