Xassin. Erebus’ eyes are always the first thing I notice about him. They are ever changing in shape and colour, like a kaleidoscope. Today they were slowly drifting between crimson and topaz. He sat on the chair with the two other elder gods, Ra and Zurvan. They were all too composed on those thrones of theirs—the big three, as the others called them. Personally, I had seen stronger gods in my travels, gods that were simply uninterested in this hierarchy that was put in place, and exiles, demons that could make universes tremble with their power. And, of course, the other six heavens above them.

My Guards assure me he's still there, which means at least that he's not escaping. I can't shake the uneasy feeling though. It's completely drained me. “I'm going to see a Gaze Reader,” I mutter of a spoon of cereal. Gaze Readers are magical beings from the Devotion Pack. They have the ability to look into your eyes and see what you have seen, and what you will. I need to know if what I've been seeing is real, or just a fabrication in my mind. “I suppose that's an option,” Cal mused, giving me an immediate feeling that he's not fully opposed to the idea, however, seems speculative.

CALI'S POV I ran and I did not stop till I got home. Immediately I got home, I went straight to my room after locking my door and making sure no one was following me. I pulled off my clothes and took an immediate shower. As the warm water ran down my face to my body, I relaxed but I kept seeing a pair of familiar gold eyes. Ares. My mate. I knew he was right because I felt exactly what my mum said I would feel. Fire. My body was on fire around him. I turned off the shower but I still couldn't get his scent off me.

Emily said anxiously. “Can't wait to get out of here huh?” Eric said with a laugh. “Let her be Eric,” Ivana chuckled. “Let’s get going,” Caleb said, and they boarded the plane, each settling into their seat. Ivana slid into her window seat, trying to focus on the hum of the engines. She stared at the city lights fading below. A sudden chill ran down her spine. She glanced to her side—and froze. There he was. Anubis. His golden eyes now disguised as brown.

Her ebony hair and blue eyes gave off a maternal vibe. "That would be most agreeable," Zeus nodded. His voice was husk. His bluish gray hair and green eyes gave off a serious demeanor. "To my left is Salax the demon God of Lust, to my right is Veraque, demon God of envy. Across from me is Erys and next to him is Kira. To what do I own the honor of our meeting?" I was putting on my best formal attitude. I had no idea what the Olympians were capable of, or how far their reach went.

The Cold Emperor left the others behind and walked into the light. Surrounded by runic images and the smell of Edict, he could see and sense an awful lot. Before him the ethereal image of a man with two ravens on his shoulders took shape. The man had only one exposed eye, for the other was covered by a golden eyepatch. Yet that one eye seemed to contain the wonders of the world and its secrets. He may have seen this man only a few times in his life, but Grandpa Winks knew exactly who he was. He was the famous vagabond God King. He was the one they called Allfather.

I said as I trailed my fingers lightly across my mark. “EWWWW. Stop, you’re my sister. I don’t need to see you give any guy sex eyes.” DJ said making gaging noises. “Leave your sister and her mate alone. It takes a few months for the newness to wear off. The marks amplify things. It’ll get better but she will always give him ‘the sex eyes’ as you put it.” Craig explained. “Those are interesting marks. Do you know what they mean?” Selene asked. “They represents our two God Sects coming together.” Gaia said.

My eyes grew large as I watched the bugs flew out, forming a great flock before they swarmed on Sean, Patrick, and his wife. My heart skipped beats for a moment as I watched the bugs covered their bodies. And before I could draw in a deep breath, the soldier shot another barrel. In agile moves, he then crawled out of the place. A loud explosion then followed, turning the entire scene to black.

They realized later they sucked in a sharp breath in unison. The moon illuminated Iridescent against shallow waters, she was divine encapsulated through her enchanting silver eyes. Whereas Gallus who appeared ruthless in grim black suits, flicked his fingers on Eli's forehead wasting no time.

I feel light touch, I open my eyes, and to my surprise, I see my hands, I start to panic, What's going on? I see someone approaching me, a man with rich grey hair, he stops in front of me and snaps his fingers, my eyes widen "Father?", he smiles at me, my eyes gather tears and I hug him "Oh father, I was so scared, I thought I lost you" tears freely flow down my face, I use my hand to wipe the tears, I wear a bright smile " I can see your face, isn't that great! I don't know what's happening" He touches my face and kisses me on my forehead, suddenly everything becomes blurry "What's this?, why can't I see you anymore?" I stretch my hands "Father!, father!" I cried out "Father!...."
