I didn’t focus on it or tried not to before, but now I could fully take in everything he was. Goddess, he was breathtaking. Every muscle of his carved and honed by years of practice. I still remember how it brought me excitement and joy when I purchased it.” His eyes were smiling as he reminisced the scene. He carefully opened the small box, there revealed a yellow gold ring adorned with a fully grown flower situated in the middle. It was so pretty. I guess that’s why I have my scar, a reminder of the fact that I’ll never be as strong as I need to be. As strong as I want to be. Maybe I deserve the scar….
