Novel & Cerita Goosebumps An Old Story

It was full moon and I can rarely see an animals there. I fasten my walk when I already saw a bonfire! But, this is not what I'm finding for! Yet, I still continued to get closer— "Ah!" I instantly shouted when I saw an old woman wearing a weird grey dress! But she immediately covered my mouth and tried to calm me. "Calm.." her old voice gives me some anonymous chills! I can't help but to pray and wait for her to get out of my sight! Nah! She's so creepy! How can she even get there when she's too old?

"Who's that?" I asked as I stood up from my seat. Again, I heard the old man chuckle. Huh? What is funny about that? "Youngsters nowadays are really such scaredy cats. Don't worry, it is not something dangerous. It's my pet." A small cat came out from the bushes. So it is. a cat. I feel at ease knowing that it isn't something horrifying. That aside, when will the old man continue his story? Er, wait, I haven't asked what his name is yet!

Epilogue: Now that I have written several of these stories, I find that my old ghosts have started to haunt my dreams yet again. It is amazing that once things are written down, they begin to take on a life of their own. Just remember, if you don’t want things to go bump in the night, don’t tell anyone else about them.

I glance over and see his knee is shaking as if he’s impatient. His eyes are still closed, but the look of concentration has turned into one of bored frustration. Like he has better things to do than listen to our grandfather or receive a compliment about a difficult situation. “Did you hear me, Caleb?” Grandpa jostles him by the shoulder. Others leaned forward. Mrs. Doris held up her hand and the room went quiet again. "I know what I saw," she said firmly. Miss Milly spoke up. She looked confused. It was leather bound and the pages were a frail dusty color. She opened it to a marked page and set it on the table.
