How to Avoid Death on a Daily Basis

How to Avoid Death on a Daily Basis

It wasn’t what I was expecting, although it did kind of make sense. “Erm, isn’t that a graveyard?” I said. Ahead of us were dozens of unkempt and decrepit tombstones. Vines and weeds grew everywhere, creating weird looking silhouettes in the starlight. There were even a few crumbling statues. A boy blowing a horn and an angel with four wings. The others had formed into a tight knot of anxiety behind me.

Second Chance: Mated To My Lycan King Brother-In-Law

Second Chance: Mated To My Lycan King Brother-In-Law

He is deep in thought. “Show me this graveyard.” I follow him outside to his car. The drive is only short and we drive in silence. The gates to the graveyard come into view and I shiver as we drive through. Pulling up, I shudder. Coming here in the day does nothing for my anxiety. It’s scary during the day too. Opening my door, I step out, closing the door behind me. I feel a shiver. I’m not cold. I’m terrified of what could jump out from behind a headstone.

Estella D.
This book is NOT as interesting as your first 2 books, the story of DESTINEE and FENRIR. If you followed up with the story of DAHLIA, I am sure your readers stayed on. Hopefully they will come back for DAHLIA. Goodluck with this book, which I find a drag to read after the first few chapers.

I really enjoyed the plot and the whole concept of the story and I recommend it for all to read. I love the concept of owning the mistake and doing some healing after betrayal and infidelity is heartwarming. GOOD JOB to the author...

The CEO's Unloved Wife

The CEO's Unloved Wife

As Lucas and Kaitlyn approached the newly relocated grave of Lucas's mother, they found themselves standing in a place that mirrored the elegance of a royal resting ground. The tombstone, adorned with intricate engravings and surrounded by carefully manicured gardens, exuded a regal aura. Lucas knelt beside the grave, placing a bouquet of lilies, his mother's favorite, on the polished marble. The surroundings seemed to pay homage to a queen, with statuesque pillars and graceful arches framing the area. Kaitlyn couldn't help but feel the majesty of the moment, realizing how much Lucas revered his mother.

THE ALPHA I HATE

THE ALPHA I HATE

The headstones were worn smooth by centuries of weather, and most of the names had been erased by time. As I crept between the headstones, trying to stay hidden while I figured out what was happening, I began to notice things that made my skin crawl. The symbols carved into some of the stones weren't Christian crosses or normal cemetery decorations. They were the same dark symbols I had seen in my father's box. This was a supernatural cemetery - a place where vampires and werewolves and other creatures had been buried for hundreds of years. And right in the center of it all, I found what I was looking for.

My Grave Became His Obsession

My Grave Became His Obsession

Anthony seemed drunk. The minute he walked through the door, the strong stench of alcohol hit me. Before my ghost friends and I could even guess what had happened, Anthony staggered straight into the bedroom, looking like his soul had been sucked out again. He threw his arms around my urn and suddenly started to sob. My friends were dumbfounded; the cards slipped from my hands and scattered all over the floor.

Rejected by the Alpha, Crowned by the Lycan King

Rejected by the Alpha, Crowned by the Lycan King

A graveyard. Black roses. A marble tomb split down the center. Queen Amara’s grave. Ben stood at the arch, waving us through. “Hurry!” We crossed the threshold. The air changed instantly. Fresh. Cold. Alive. The queen’s grave lay in a clearing beneath the earth, impossible and open to a sky that should not have existed. A silver moon hung overhead, too large and too close. Black roses grew from snow around a white tomb carved with crowns, blades, and wolves.

The Luna's Deception

The Luna's Deception

The graveyard appeared through the mist without warning. Old stone markers half buried in earth. Tall grass growing between them undisturbed for what looked like decades. The kind of place the living had stopped visiting long enough that the ground had taken it entirely back. I stopped at the edge and pushed the Blood-Bind thread into the soil and felt immediately what was feeding the mist. Something was growing here that had no business being as alive as it was. Roots run deep into the burial ground, drawing up the grief that had been laid into the earth over generations and converting it into something that served Morvanna and Kaelen's purpose.

The Alpha Banished Mate

The Alpha Banished Mate

Why is the outside door open? Carefully, I pushed it wider and stepped out. Cold night air wrapped around me instantly. And what I saw next made my breath catch. Graves. Rows and rows of them. A graveyard. Right outside the castle. My stomach twisted. Why is there a graveyard here? The moon hung high above, casting silver light across the stones. Everything looked pale. Still. Silent. Too silent. My feet moved slowly forward without thinking. The grass was cold under my feet. The wind whispered softly through the trees.

The Omega’s Redemption

The Omega’s Redemption

"I am strong. I am worthy. And I will not be defeated by your lies." Cassie, too, was trapped in her own nightmare. She was standing in a graveyard, the air thick with the scent of death and decay. The graves were fresh, the earth still damp. She could hear the distant sound of weeping and the muffled cries of the people she had once loved.

Master of Life and Death

Master of Life and Death

The graveyard was up on the hill. As soon as they arrived, Cassian first noticed six black coffins strewn haphazardly across the hillside. Then, he saw several freshly dug pits, along with a few funeral wreaths, and some other things scattered everywhere. The whole place was a mess. "Mr. Gulley, did all the villagers who died get buried here?" Cassian asked. "Yeah," Darren replied. Cassian circled the coffins and the pits, pacing back and forth as he tried to find even the faintest trace of a clue. After half an hour, he still hadn't found anything of value.
