I slowly sit up, trying to remember what happened. I walk to my bathroom and stare at myself. My hair is a mess, I look like I haven’t showered in days. There is a bandage around my head. I take it off to reveal a faint scar on the side of my head. I take off my clothes and turn on the shower, letting the warm water run all over my body.

You used to make my sister sleep so apply what you’re always telling her.” Natsuki chuckled and Xieaniel silently agreed. Only then did Nathan look up to meet Natsuki’s gaze. “What? Am I wrong?” Natsuki asked with a witty grin plastered on his lips. Nathan sighed in defeat and put his fountain pen and files down.

His fingers extended like claws, playfully waving them in front of my face. I watched him, his breathing slow and measured, each exhale a reminder of his dominance.

She sighed as she released her hands around his collar before she could really strangle him.

I giggle at the contact. “Alright, alright. I need to get back to the castle. Want to give me a lift? I’m too lazy to shift and I quite like the clothes I’m wearing.” Probably the only downside of shifting was losing nice clothes and right now it was a blush pink top and light washed jeans. Dash gave a nod and just as I was moving to get on top of his back, Gray appeared out of nowhere. The two looked at each other for a split second and I could tell what had gone down in their mindlink the second Gray turned to me and his striking light blue eyes pierced into mine.
