Dead, winged creatures and crows – lots and lots of crows, dropped from the heavens like flies. My heart lunged into the wall of my chest as I watched from the kitchen window. "This can't be good," I muttered. The first thing that drew my attention from my comfy couch a moment before was the unusual clap of thunder and the over-bright lightning, flashing in the sky and illuminating the grounds as clear as day. It was quite awe-inspiring and um... frightening. And that was saying something for a powerful witch like me. But right now, I wasn't thinking as a witch, but as a lone woman in her home up a mountain in solitude. I couldn't be certain, but I thought I saw a massively built half-man,

Once we were seated, Haron was the one who started talking. “Alice, I presume your name is. First, let me tell you what happened to you and in what circumstances Aaron had to mark you.” He started. The calm smile on his face soothed my bundled nerves a bit as I found myself nodding. Aaron didn’t look up once we were sitting face to face. “Do you know about dark magic?” Haaron asked. It made me nervous again but I nodded nevertheless. I had done my homework on vampires and their history while staying here. Fortunately, I didn’t mind reading thick books and the huge library in this palace didn’t lack them.

I was about to ask her why she was doing that to me, when suddenly the fog lifted, and I was instantly in full-blown panic. I asked Queen Winnie, "What the fuck just happened and where the fuck is Chloe?" Queen Winnie held her hands up, "I don't know what happened to her. I just got here. Her wolf contacted Ryne and Rule because she couldn't get through to you. Just then, Rex says, "Dude! Kina is telling me she's been kidnapped by a warlock using black magic. His name is Rubeus Saruman." I turned to Queen Winnie, "I just heard from her dragon. She is being held by a warlock using black magic. His name is Rubeus Saruman. Do you know him?" Queen Winnie shakes her head, "That asshole again? I w

TO PERFORM THIS SPELL, SPILL BLOOD FROM YOUR HEART ON THE GROUND AND CHANT THE ABOVE WORDS THREE TIMES WHILE LOOKING AT THE MOON. I felt a chill run down my spine after reading that and I shuddered. That’s creepy as fuck.. My heart even began to race. I don’t think I would have use for such a spell anyway. Thinking I should forget what I read, I flipped the pages and tried to read something else when Lewis came to seat next to me with a piece of chocolate cake and a hot water bottle. I felt my heart swoon…. How could he be so sweet? I don’t know how much I’m going to say that in my mind but I was just so happy. “Baby… how is it going?” He asked, placing the plate in my hands as I closed the

Then, through the trees, a column of riders appeared—black silhouettes against the crimson light. The villagers poured into the square, whispering prayers. At the front rode a man who seemed carved from shadow itself. His armor was etched with runes that pulsed faintly red, and a long cloak flowed behind him like smoke. His face was half hidden by a hood, but his eyes caught the moonlight—crimson, cold, and alive. “The Dark Prince,” someone breathed. “He’s real.” The man dismounted, the air itself seeming to bow away from him. His gaze swept the crowd. “By order of the Crown,” he said, voice low but carrying. “We seek the girl born under the Blood Moon.”

While she searched the room for a pin to adjust her shorts that was a little bigger than her at the waist, she caught sight of a novel, which made her lips curl up in a smile. "yes you are, you are our prince" "Prince of what? What kingdom is this?" "Hades" "you said I am half human? What is the other half?" "demon" "Demon? I am half demon, how could this be?" "we don't know the details, we only know that your father the king told us that he had a son with a human woman" "where is my father?" "he is not available at the moment" "I can't believe this" Theodore staggered, the sword fell from his hand and floated back upwards.

Having to grow up without a mom made things difficult, but I didn’t realize it until 10 months ago when the only parent I had, my father, died. My dad was a half blood werewolf; meaning his parents were also a mix of a human mother and a werewolf father, resulting in a half blood werewolf. Half bloods may have some or all characteristics of a werewolf of pure blood origins, but each person is different. Some half bloods have wolves and can shift like any pure blood whenever they want. Some can only shift during the full moon and are only able to maintain their wolf form until the moon

I shook my head squinting my eyes. “Look, I’m guessing you’ve read Harry Potter books right?” I nodded my head to the question thrown by Rilley, “It’s written by JK. Rowling right?” I nodded again,” This world is not her creation, it already exists. She wrote the book according to her experiences in this wizarding world, all the characters and places are real. Those books themselves are only that our timezones are different” “But how did she get in there? Through the barrier in Kings Cross Railway Station?” I asked.
