Loria’s POV I was halfway through my second cup of tea when I felt it. A hum beneath the floorboards, low and steady, like the pulse of the earth itself shifting under the house. I set my mug down on the windowsill and narrowed my eyes at the movement outside. Through the kitchen window, I caught sight of Andy standing in the yard, hands outstretched. Audrey was beside him, her staff planted firmly in the soil, bone charms swaying as though stirred by an unseen wind. Magic rippled around them in faint golden waves, dancing up their arms and spiraling into the air like threads being stitched into the fabric of reality.

And I wouldn’t let anyone hurt my family again. Suddenly, I heard a voice—sharp and furious. "DADDY!" It was Aurora. Her voice echoed through the trees, trembling with rage and sorrow. She burst into the clearing, eyes blazing with fury and grief. Her voice was a venomous growl, full of betrayal. “You… you monster,” she spat, voice trembling with rage. “What have you done, Harriet, you witch—what have you done?”

"I hate to see you cry." "Thank you Aurora, I will give every information you need to know about him, his mother, father and his two sisters and also his business. I will also give you a description of his house so you won't look lost in it." Arabella said happily, wiping off her tears. "Do not fail me Aurora, I know you can bring him to fall on your knees." Aurora. The sound of Mr. Harper's voice was the only thing I could hear at the point, harsh and sharp. His words were venomous, the kind that made my stomach churn. "Aurora! What the hell is this? This is the kind of incompetent work I expect from an intern, not someone with your title. What are you doing? Do you even care about your job?" His voice echoed through the office, loud enough to make every head turn in my direction.

"It's fine. I can handle things here on my own." Harry had a hunch about what Vicky intended to do and silently prayed for Tyler, understanding the predicament he would face. "Understood, Missus Hart. Let me know if you have anything else you need me to do." Vicky nodded. "You can go now." After bidding farewell to Vicky, Harry left. Once he was gone, Aurora winked at Vicky and said, "Good luck, Vicky!" 'When would be a better time to torment him than now? Let's torture this twisted guy to death!' Aurora gleefully cheered internally.

I don't think it's going to be difficult, considering that Arthur also always wakes up at 1 pm so there won't be a lot of orders. But why do I feel like he's going to ask me something weird? Plus, I can keep a secret” he winks. “Asshole, go away!” I answer immediately. His laughter filled the room, he must be happy that he successfully teases me. What a jerk. Arthur opened the plastic bag and took out one orange from there, he slowly peeled the skin and cleaned it before handing one to me.
