Amanda bombarded her. “The bird said so.” She pointed to the white pigeon by the window. “And I could speak to an elephant!” Liam replied sarcastically. What an excellent way to start things here? What else could this daemon woman do? Falling out of the freaking sky and landing unscratched? Speaking to birds? “No, Master Liam. The daemon could speak to any creature. I could speak to birds. Harry said amid grunts. What the hell? Disgusting! They growled in the whole room and they were so greedy that they didn't notice that I had entered. My whole flesh trembled. Max’s POV I had one hell of a day. I was sore, but nothing that the sweet Minerva Jones cannot fix. She whipped me up something from her little portable drawer like bag of potions and dropped a few of it’s yellow content in my tea. She reminded me of professor Snape from my favorite sequel, Harry Potter. The only difference was, miss Minerva was a happy soul. Snape was grumpy.
