She touched her forehead. She felt the urge to do the pathetic scream she did whenever she stubbed her toe, but the audience that caused her guts to suddenly twist refrained her from doing so. Brooke screamed out in pain again and she threw her fist against the table, crying out for Harry to stop. "Juniper, don't deny it. You've always had feelings for me, haven't you? If you admit it, I'll drop everything right now. How about we get back together?" Juniper realized her mistake and quickly withdrew her hand. Seeing her panicked expression, Harry could not help but laugh. "Alright, I'll stop pressuring you. I have plenty of time to wait for you to relent. I'll do what you say and treat my wounds now." With that said, he left with light steps.

Harry's fingers tightened around my arm, his nails digging into my skin. "Answer me!" he growled. "Do you really know how to talk?" I frantically nodded my head, my eyes welling up with tears. I knew that one wrong move could seal my fate. "Speak!" Harry's voice was low and menacing, his grip on my arm tightening like a vice. "I want to hear that voice again." I swallowed hard, my voice trembling as I begged, "Please, please, I can speak. Don't do anything to me." My eyes were fixed on Harry's, pleading for mercy.
