It was the next day and Luke was anxiously waiting for Haru to come by. Himiko cleared out some space in the office to give them room to talk. Haru finally came by and they were immediately pushed by Himiko inside the office. Himiko gave them a cheeky smile before closing the door behind her. Luke didn't hesitate as he pulled Haru into a kiss. Haru kissed him back, wrapping his arms around Luke's waist. Haru slowly pulled away and rested his forehead against Luke's "Lex," Haru breathed out.

The three look up from their playful banter, each gifting you with a bright smile. "HIKARI!!!!" Kyo cheers. He pops up from the table and embraces you for a moment, then motions back to the table "You're here! Look, these are for you and your..." he trails off, shooting a sly grin at kenma and wiggling his eyebrows "...your man." your man? my man? My peering gaze of confusion doesn't register with the men as they all laughing at Kyo's statement. Kenma passes off a plate of thick, chocolate-studded brownies in my hands.

His amusement was clearly genuine. “Yeah, well, good luck with that,” he added with a teasing smile. I couldn’t help but let out a resigned sigh. Luck was definitely something I could use right now. “Damn, his laugh is incredibly charming,” I thought, trying to suppress a smile. “You’re cute,” he said, causing me to blush furiously. I looked away, trying to regain my composure. “I'm Elijah, by the way,” he introduced himself, extending a hand. I accepted it, shaking it firmly. “Hiraya, but just Hira is fine, Doc,” I replied with a smile.

There was shuffling inside the room before two tall men stepped out of the hut, bowing to me in greeting before walking away. My nose crinkled as I entered the hut. “You naughty thing. Just how many times do you do it in here every day?”
