Haunting Adeline Zade Meadows Novels & Stories

Despite his captivating looks, there was an unsettling aura surrounding him, causing a shiver to run down my spine as I dared to meet his gaze. "You are awake," he says again. His voice smooth and cold like frost on a winter morning sent a chill through the room as he spoke each word. I have never been scared by hearing a person speak. "I am Zade Aella, I assume you have heard a lot about me." He moves closer, and I move away, hoping the chair will open up and swallow me. He would kill me, kill my baby, and then Kill Ace mentally. I am not scared for myself; I fear for Ace and what would become of him when he found me dead.

Snuggling under the duvet, Alice let her thoughts drift until she fell asleep. The faint creak of the door opening and soft footsteps stirred the silence. Zade entered, dressed in a loose black shirt and sweatpants. A stick of unlit weed rested between his lips. He stared at her small figure on the bed, wearing one of his shirts. The duvet was pushed aside, exposing her bare legs. Even in the faint light, he noted every detail of her form. Her hands were clenched, pressed against her chest, and her hair was scattered over her face. Zade moved to the window, his face dark with thought. He never made mistakes, and he hoped this wasn’t his first.

Adelle said "Going where? You are not by chance going to that house are you?" Zach asked "You are very wise Zach, I am going to apply as a maid in their Villa" Adelle said calmly "Are you seriously considering that? If Wade finds out he'll have my head." Zach said "Don't exaggerate Zach, we both know he'll never hurt you. Anyways I am going to go over there and apply for a job and gain their trust then I strike, they won't know what hit them." Adelle said

The young maiden placed her hands mindlessly back around the older woman's neck, over her elegant shoulders, and beneath her flowing black hair. Hades's heart beat fast and loud, she craved the girl so much, she couldn't make sense of the depth of it - the deep endless pools of wanting that made her hover by Persephone's doors each night. All Hades could do was relishing in this rare golden moment forever. She kissed down her chin and to her slender neck. Hades tightened her hold and moved her tongue wetly to the valley of those supple sweet breasts. Persephone felt hot like there was a fire burning underneath her skin and down the region of her belly.

Adeline's POV I sat in the room, my face buried in my palms. I sighed, staring at the drives in my hand each labeled with my name and Aiden's. At the back was written, Memory Bank. Yesterday, I found this in uncle Thane's room after a long search. I pulled out the laptop from the drawer, inputting the drive that has my name labelled on it. Just as I put it in, my head rang with an headache, one that nearly ran me crazy. I feel to the floor, grabbing my head then, the forgotten memories came in like a rush almost ripping off my brain.

A lone cabin sat nestled among the trees, dim light flickering through the window. I swallowed hard. Something felt off. But my feet moved before my brain could stop them. The closer I got, the louder the sounds became. Ragged breathing. A low, guttural groan. A moan. My chest tightened. No. I reached the window, peering inside. And my world shattered. Abaddon sat in a chair, his head tilted back, eyes dark and lidded with pleasure. Kiwor stood by the corner, watching. And in front of him—

Caleb rushed towards Adrian and took the poison before it lands on the floor. He took the dagger Emma had given him and with hatred dug it into his heart. “And this is for My mother..” Adrian yelled in pain before finally slumping down. He coughed out more blood and he shut his eyes has the pain hits him. “I regret not killing you when i had the ch....”he didn't get to finish that as Caleb finished him by kicking the dagger in his heart with his leg. Adrian died instantly. He scramble down beside him and cried.. He rose to his feet when he heard shouts outside and he knew it probably has something to do with Emma.

Everyone were crying and running but there was no sound she could hear. There's Badbloods everywhere. Winged ones, large wolves, tailed ones, elementals, and a lot more she didn't know existed. Standing at the gates was a woman with burning hands. Her hair was auburn red and her eyes were angry as hers. She waved her hand and released a ball of fire hitting Maddy. The old woman screamed and fell to the ground as the fire slowly leeched her life away. Rila was breathing heavily. The carnage was overwhelming. The smell of smoke and blood was real. The terror around her was real. For the first time in a long time she felt fear and scared.

*************** Later in the hospital, Hadassah was feeling restless and just couldn't shake the feeling that she knew whoever that was. She also kept having the feeling that she was being watched, but everytime she raised the blinds to check, she saw no one. Half an hour later, even though her mother had tried to convince her that there was no way they were followed, she just couldn't help it. She kept pacing, ignoring her mother's plea to sit down and rest. Other than being paranoid about being followed, she was also thinking of what to do about her being hunted by vampires and how to save Aamon.

They need to know how to do the damn job. “Meadow.” Aria said, coming into the conference room. “Yeah.” I said, without looking at her. So she took a couple steps closer and I turned to look at her. “What’s going on?” I asked. “This just came in the mail.” She said, handing me an open envelope. I opened it and I pulled out some photos that had been sent to me. They were photos of dead bodies, scattered around the ground. They had vampire marks on them and I recognised everyone in the pictures.
