I protested to my parents in either skipping the school or transferring to another school but they forced me to be here as this is the only school which is best. I reserved a place in one of the seats available though nobody was there. I kept my bag and went in search of a nice book. I went to the thriller books section and searched for a book, perfect for reading at this moment. ‘The black coffee’ by Agatha Christie, the great author, caught my eyes as I wanted to read this book for a very long time but I didn’t get to.

She loved these movies with paranormal creatures. This was going to be a long flight.

While passing her, I give her a small smile, which she doesn't return. I look around. It's bigger than my dad's office. Behind his study table are huge floor to ceiling windows, showcasing the beauty of this city. To my side is a seating area and a huge bookshelf behind it. To my other side is a small bar.

Lisa Hamston was trembling all over, tears streaming down her face. She grabbed my hand so tightly that her nails dug into my flesh. The expression of utter devastation on her was astonishingly real. Lisa would easily win the Oscar Awards if she were an actress. As I looked at her tear-streaked face, all I could think about was Kevin Zauc’s “Maldev travel guide” post. Of course, along with the two first-class tickets to Maldev. Nausea nearly overcame me, but I acted completely panicked on the surface.

What a life. The girls surprised me and fell asleep twenty minutes into the movie. Wed piled up on the broad, black velvet couch in front of the large screen television, one on each side of me, and I was now stuck between them. I didnt want to wake them up, but my phone began to buzz. I struggled for a moment and wanted to scream when the phone almost fell off the edge of the end table, but I caught it. I opened the screen to see a text from my friend, Roxie Simpson, on the screen.

Oh, how warm she felt. She turned her head to face me with a bashful smile on her face. “Would you love something to eat?” “No,” I shook my head. “I had a meal at the airport. I’m okay. What are you watching?” “It’s a telenovela,” she said. “A soap opera kind of thing. Goes on for a long time and it involves a lot of passion and drama.”

Sunday morning, Diana kept rolling in her bed, making up for the rest she didn't get from the day before. She planned to procrastinate that day. She was reading the book Witches and Bandits all over again. It's the trilogy that she loves. The very one that is being made into a movie. She reread the second book as the second part of the movie will start showing in cinemas soon. She had music playing in her speaker that was connected to her phone until suddenly the music paused, replaced with her ringtone.
