My Sister's Fiance

My Sister's Fiance

I heard it when I was seven years old when I saw the first dead person I'd ever seen: eyes open, blood pooling on the barn floor. In my profession, regret is easy to come by. They piled up, each sapping a man's resolve. I don't have many regrets; until now, I only had one following me. I regretted Dianna when she married my uncle Vincent. Recently, and more than that, I regret signing for Gallena. I want her twin. On my bed. Stick on the wall. Kneel.

My Ex-Husband’s Regret

My Ex-Husband’s Regret

“I took it. The day we signed the divorce papers. Before you came to get your stuff, I took it. It was the one I gave you on our first anniversary.” “Oh.” I realized. “I remember now. Why did you take that?” “I don’t know. I guess I just needed a piece of you with me.” “Do you regret your actions?” I asked. “What?” “Do you regret how everything turned out?” He took a deep breath. “Yes. I wish I had gone about things differently.” Before I could respond my grandpa came. “We’ll leave really soon. You guys should come back into the house.” Our conversation was cut short. We got ready to leave the house. We had asked Rory earlier where she wanted to go and she unexpectedly said the beach.

Is This Regret?

Is This Regret?

It was the first time he realized that the woman he liked and protected for years was nothing but a common gold digger. He pushed Sophie away and yelled at her with suppressed anger and pain. "Get out!" The police dragged the struggling woman out of the old Chilton Mansion. When the doors closed, Noel felt every ounce of energy pulled out of his body. He turned around in despair and met with a familiar pair of eyes. They belonged to Stella. He felt even more depressed at the sight of her. He opened his mouth to call out to her. "Stella…" She ignored him. Stella reached out to Eric with her hand and spoke softly and tenderly.

The reluctant vow

The reluctant vow

His life—once perfectly structured and enviable—suddenly felt meaningless. The mansion that once symbolized prestige now felt like a prison. Every corner echoed with ghosts—his mother’s absence, his father’s deceit, and Zara’s broken trust. For the first time in years, Regan Kareem felt something he never thought he would—regret. He picked up his phone again, opened Zara’s chat, and typed: “I’ll fix this. Somehow.” But again, his thumb hovered over the send button, and he sighed. He locked the phone and placed it face-down on the table. The screen went dark—just like the space growing inside him.

Girlfriend For Hire (English)

Girlfriend For Hire (English)

That's why, if I could go back to where we were still okay, I would treat him right—so damn right that he wouldn't think of getting away from me and regret choosing me. "If I were him, I would regret dating you," he spoke again. "When I asked him if he regretted everything, he answered no. I asked him why. Do you know what he answered? Because he was happy when you were still together. His reason was so shallow, wasn't it? He also said that all relationships lead to breaking up, so that's okay. He dated you because he loved you; he didn't regret doing so. The only thing he regretted was that he fell so deep that he didn't know how to come up anymore. He also said that he regretted depending

Death Wolf

Death Wolf

To return to his dark black ones. His hands retreat, he pulls himself out from me, making me drop on the mattress. Wetness pools between my legs. " Consider this as our parting gift , butterfly" He grunts, looking down at my trembling body. With orgasm hitting me one after the other. Running his fingers through his hair, he sighs. If I am not mistaken, I saw a glint of regret flash in his eyes, but only for a second. But why? Why would he regret it now? Gulping, struggling to keep my eyes open, I lay limp on the bed. I try to look around to not find that darkness anywhere. I thought it was gone. When I hear that strange deadly voice from earlier, speak in my mind.

Loved the story for a while until the end....sorry didnt like the end, kinda dumb I mean I understand why thora chose who she chose but not Alex that pissed me off actually and ruined the whole book for me but good job with the story line before that.
Monalisa
It was so good! Having to chose like that would be so hard, especially after their changes. But great read! It was nice to have an actual story line and not just a bunch of sex. Don’t get me wrong I love the passion in books but this was really good.

Silenced Bride, Relentless Love

Silenced Bride, Relentless Love

Not the regret of recent months. The regret of a man realizing that the woman he blamed had been innocent all along. The regret of a father realizing how much time he lost. The regret of a husband realizing how badly he failed. The realization settled heavily over everyone. And somewhere far away, across an ocean and beneath a different sky, Vivian sat alone in her hotel suite. Staring at the same worn photograph hidden inside her purse. Unaware that the final walls protecting the past had finally fallen. Unaware that the truth was no longer buried.

Moonlight Kiss

Moonlight Kiss

Not wanting to think about Draven even for a second, I decided to go read a book, my head slightly throbbing in pain now. xxx My eyes never left the book I was reading, afraid that if I stopped, I would think about everything Draven said tonight. The pain was overwhelming. I was rejected. Heart broken and humiliated. Never have I felt so much regret in one night. It was painful, suffocating. The feeling was gonna eat me inside and out and I couldn't take it anymore. "It's staying between us, honey." I read the words carefully from the book, trying to engage back inside my own little world but froze. That line, the sentence. It sounded somewhat familiar in my head.
