Historical Fantasy Fiction Novels & Stories

I want to share some info about the story. 1/ Story is set in the real world of medieval Scotland in 1309 a.c. I am referring to historical settings that existed and maybe still exist. 2/ All my characters are creations of my imagination—even the king. I can't take an actual historical figure and make him into the king that my story needs.

The grammar and other literal aspects of the book are relatively basic. They may be punctuation errors and other minor grammar errors in the book but be assured that the author is working hard to correct them (please note in the comments section if you find any, to help the author correct it immediately).

He had been her long time crush and finally she had her chance at dating him only to be dumped for a much prettier, hotter blonde senior. Shawn was every high school girls fantasy, his protruding abs would make them crave for a touch, his killer looks got their eyes dizzy at his sight, he was even hotter being the school's baseball captain and he was excellent at the game. Majority of the girls hated her for having Shawn's heart and Bailey was loved for putting an end to it.

I'd rather stay far away from it as reality could be quite a bitch. The stories did not deter Liza in the slightest. She was a huge fan of historical backgrounds and resolutions. I guess that was the reason why she took up the position of a history teacher in training at the Syril Falls High School. She knew more history than I did, and I guess that was because I was more into the fantasy aspects of the world instead of historical fiction. Now looking at the forest that Liza dragged me into, I wished that I had stayed away from those fantasy novels. Too many scenarios came into mind as I eyed all the dark corners, the greenery, and the fallen branches that I tried to avoid tripping over.

A history minor myself, I was awestruck about my current placement in time. But the reality was also setting in because the Medieval Times was a place of barbarism and cruelty, veiled in chivalry. All the story settings and other elements are purely my imagination and fictional. Most of the concept about Heaven and Hell are based on Buddhism and Christianity.
