Wasn’t that what he had wanted all along? Chloe as his Blood Queen, himself crowned Vampire Lord of the Blazetooth Coven? “Apparently he abandoned Blood Queen Chloe for his ex-lover,” someone whispered. “But isn’t Chloe his ex?” “Of course not. I heard that after Chloe dumped him years ago, he came north to drown his sorrows. That’s where he met another female vampire—and even had a child with her.” “Now he’s thrown Chloe aside and is searching everywhere for that woman and her son.”

"Go to Aunt Cleo!" Aqua's heart pounded in her chest as she stumbled towards the door, her legs shaking with fear. She glanced back to see her parents fighting valiantly, their magic clashing with the dark energy of their attackers. Milak's elemental fury and Zara's healing light intertwined in a beautiful yet tragic dance of power and sacrifice. But it wasn't enough. Milak fell first, a blast of dark energy striking him down. Zara's scream of anguish pierced the air as she knelt beside him, her light flickering and fading. The witches closed in, their laughter echoing like a chorus of nightmares.

I… I did not understand. It all disappeared and we were back on the beach. The sorcerer bowed and vanished once more. "Aqualia?" Mitchalus halted in front of me. He knew. They all knew. Yet, I… I didn't. How? I didn't understand. I turned and walked away. The household woke from their slumber. Everyone rushed to help us. Prince Torus sat on the step with Guardian Shelliot in his arms. King Marvelon seated on the floor next to the stairs. His eyes were now opened but they held no life.

I pulled her back into my arms, pulling her down with me so she was on top of my chest as I laid down. "I, Sin Black accept you, Blossom Kildan as my mate, Luna and my Queen" I said happily. She rested her hands on my chest, looking up at me with a small smile "I, Blossom Kildan accept you, Sin Black, as my mate, Alpha and King" she said, making my smile grow ten fold. After that we just stared at each other for a while, smiles on both of our faces. That is... until she began to frown

"We don't but we need human emotions to function. Unlike us, my King gets his energy from Hell. Punishing the corrupted soul is what keeps him alive." I gaped, "So he didn't leave my side at all?" "Not even for a second Miss Talia" ***

she squeled. Upon reaching the banquet hall, someone announced the presence of the Lycan King and everyone became quiet, frightened to death by his presence. Duncan walked in ever so calmly, stunning the entire pack by his intimidating presence, and his perfectly structured face. Alpha Kaiden, along with Rene approached him, a smile etched on their faces. “We're glad you were able to make it, Lord Duncan.” Kaiden said respectfully, and Duncan nodded.

The moment the crystal spirit vanished, a monstrous growl echoed through the cave—low, guttural, and bone-chilling. I stiffened, instinctively clutching Kael’s cloak. Even standing beside the Vampire King, I could feel the shift. Something wasn’t right. “What was that?” I whispered, heart racing. “I don’t know,” Kael said, his voice tense. His stance turned guarded, eyes narrowing into the shadows. Then, it leapt. A hideous beast emerged from the darkness—its form grotesque, with three snarling heads, claws like blades, and an odor so foul it turned my stomach. Its aura oozed danger. Death.

Nathaniel, Hunter and Cole’s Royal order along with his aura filled the room, shimmering around the ones protected by Savannah’s spell and making everyone else fall to their knees. Silas and Blade fight the command, however, even with their recent rise to Royals, they couldn’t fight the command of the King of all Kings. Blade was the first to lose the internal battle he was having against Nathaniel’s order to kneel, grunting and groaning as he is forced to slowly fall to his knees. Silas and Wrath hiss his eyes burn and glow bright red as he fights the command to kneel. Being of actual Royal blood Silas can fight his command a little more and as he stares at Nathaniel in his Lycan form he hi

And a few seconds later… It vanished, just like that. I was still frozen to the spot when the man turned to face me. His gaze made my blood run cold. Not because he was angry. But because of his eyes… For a moment, his eyes didn’t look like those of an ordinary human. There was a faint golden hue behind his dark pupils. “Are you hurt?” he asked flatly. I opened my mouth, but no sound came out. My brain still couldn’t process what I’d just seen. “Y-you…” My voice was hoarse.

Baylee whispered, before she could stop herself. Melody nodded slowly. “Yeah,” she said quietly. “Blood.” Baylee’s skin prickled. Melody tapped the inked circle. “The Hollow King is what comes when the Veil smells that kind of wound. He’s the instinct of that other side. A hunger. A drive. He’s not a god with thoughts and plans you can bargain with. He’s the pressure of a hand on glass. He’s the thing that says, ‘Open, open, open.’”
