Monster's Heart Her Desire

Monster's Heart Her Desire

I ask before I can stop myself. "Dunno bro. Where's home? Home is nowhere but here " Stan says and beats his chest. "Trace and the unborn child, that's home. " I nod in agreement. I believe Stan. Home is not a house with an address. It is the people we love and care about. Stan has his home with Trace and the baby. The silence in the room is deafening. I wonder if I would ever boast of having a home in the future. For now, I know I do not have one.

Seeking the Love of an Alpha

Seeking the Love of an Alpha

The journey back home—though the meaning of ‘home’ had somehow shifted for me—was smooth. I had completely leaned on Rowan, trying to get as much sleep as I could before we got home. Home. The words still felt so foreign, that somewhere so far, where they were likely only a small percentage of people like me, was a place my heart had claimed as home. However, there was no fear this time; the Florida sun shone down on me with a vengeance. I welcomed it in, my heart merry that I was back to where I belonged and just fit right.

Why the moon roars

Why the moon roars

Even now, surrounded by walls that I've only been familiar with for a little more than a day, my preference has remained the same. I sighed, shutting the book I was reading close, momentarily choosing to ponder over what I'd read so far. Giovanni's Room, was the title, a novel that prided itself on gay awareness and the likes of such. Regardless of what Stephen had claimed, I couldn't find the book I was reading back at home here, so I still couldn't finish it. Perhaps I was the one that just didn't search enough. Home. Only the thought threatened to bring tears to my eyes as memories of my life before this filled my head.

Still In Love With You

Still In Love With You

Sophie We finally made it back home. I was exhausted, to say the least, and just to think that in three days I have to travel back to New York to start my book signing tour makes me feel more exhausted. Logan pulls the SUV up to our driveway, yes, you heard me right. I am starting to see his home like my own. I'm still debating whether I should sell my house. I need to soak up in a nice hot bath big time. "We're home baby," I say turning around to see a sleeping Nate in the back. Logan's lips rise to a warm smile, I can sense him looking at me as he inhales a deep sigh.

I really love this book and series. One of the best on this site. However the author does not update enough. This book should be complete with all of the stalls. In the beginning 4-5 chapter a week. Now we’re lucky if we get (2). I know that they have lives, but come on you have avid fans, also

This is a long story and there is a prequel to it. Then there is apparently a third book coming out. This book and series take commitment by the reader but it's cute. I wish the author would take the time to proof read the book to make it easier to read and flow better but still recommend it.

Til Death Do Us Part

Til Death Do Us Part

“Home sweet home.” Greta dumps her hand luggage in the center of the Tarry shack as I walk in behind her and gaze around the much-missed home of ours. Glad to be back here even though we were not gone all that long, not even far, and yet it feels like we went to another planet. That it’s been months instead of one. It’s the warmest and most relaxing breath of fresh air to walk in here, letting all my stresses go and basking in the feel of familiar safety.

I'm an Outsider in My Own Home

I'm an Outsider in My Own Home

I glanced sideways and saw Isabella desperately trying to hide her face behind my shoulder, yet her hand clung to mine with a strength that surprised me. Amid the deafening cheers, I looked at my family in the front row. Their faces were almost ashen. In that moment, I felt no vindication or even hatred. Because at last, in this reckoning 20 years overdue, I'd taken that scarred little girl by the hand and led her home. I finally understood that home wasn't where one was born, but where the love was.
