At least the receptionist is friendly. The room is small, but the bed is big enough for all three of them. I can see that. As I take one more step, I accidentally kick a can of beer, and I clench my fists on my sides. “What the fuck, Alex?” I let out, and he laughed. “The cleaning lady quit, and I couldn’t afford to hire another one”, Alex says, and I shake my head, picking up a pair of underwear from the back of the settee.
