6 days later Capital Daemonum Regnum, Demon Kingdom It was a cold - icy dark night, the moon was as grand and bright as ever, the storm petrels, Hydrobatidaes were on their nests, there was no omen of death; the waters were frozen, everything was engulfed with fresh snow. Something freakish was seen among all — two figures stared vacantly at the Demon King villa from quite a far unascertained distance, standing on a cliff. One of them said to the other in a vulgar tone, " So... What? ... What fiddlesticks! " T

It’s not hunger for blood, it’s simply the power of a powerful person who made others freeze up when they’re in his presence. The king shifted attention toward the demon lord when the leader spoke. “You can’t do that,” the demon lord reminded the king. “He is no longer a pure god. You can only leave him here in the mortal realm. With that, I can torture him for ruining my heir.” “I know what you’re talking about. I am bringing him back to judge him,” the king battled. The demon lord released a demonic aura, sending Yric’s three servants to sink more into the sand. What was happening around him didn’t bother Xurden. He remained kneeling on the sand, staring blankly at the water.

He remembered trying to kill the King… No, he wasn't the king. He was a demon. A forbidden entity that will bring about the doom of their Great Nation. He couldn’t bear that a heretic was masquerading as the King! He must have dabbled in dark arts to be possessed by this creature. The Knight couldn’t stomach how the blood-thirsty King was deprived to stoop this low. That horrific monster he had seen on the night of escape must be his doing too. But that wasn’t a priority right now, he needed to bring the Princess back to her senses and get out of here before that demon returned. If he was awake there was no way he could kill the King.

"That demon will come back in a few days to steal and do harm again. We should keep our guards up." "Aye, your highness. If only I had keen eyes to aim perfectly at that demon." "You did your best. I was at fault when I let the beast bewildered me." "I have never seen that beast before. What was it called, your highness?" Blue asked, leaning forward in curiosity. "It is the legendary Sabertooth. They said those kind of beast only follows a King." That is why it had enchanted him how that beast rescued the demon. Could it be that he is the King now?
