I lowered the crowbar back to the floor and stood slowly from where I had been crouching in front of the Beetle. I watched his house to see if anyone else would be coming out, so far no one did. This was probably my only chance at getting back at the piece of shit. I pulled the zipper on my Darth Vader mask hoodie up to my neck and pulled the hoodie over my head but left my face bare. I didn't want to draw too much attention from any unsuspecting neighbours by using the mask, plus I hated the stupid eye holes that came with it.

) Store Owner: "Miss, I'm going to have to ask you to remove your mask, please. After the last incident we had with a Dheus Ehx Machina employee in here, we can't just let people walk around with them anymore." To be honest am glad he did hide his identity because of the things already running worst I wouldn’t invite attention for crazy teenage fans on me advertising their superstar, favourite singer with me in the middle of the night.

-Miyuki said to herself, staring at the gray pavement. - Would you really be so sad?- she heard a familiar voice suddenly, slightly out of breath, so stopped right away and turned to see Aoi Takashima standing behind her, gasping for breath. - Were you running here?- Miyuki asked in surprise, looking at him. He was still dressed all in black, in jeans and a hoodie, but this time his blouse had a drawing of a skull entwined with roses. The black mask on his face was now pulled down over his chin. It was also noticeable that his eyes were not underlined with black eyeliner, which made her see his face completely without makeup for the first time.

He was well built, surely perfectly chiseled beneath that fancy suit of his, but the most interesting part about him was the mask he wore. It covered his whole face, made of the same glittering obsidian that the building was made out of, accents of diamonds around the eyes and jaw. I was instantly captivated by his presence, drawn to every single thing about him. The way he strode over to me, holding his gloved hand out. The purr of his voice as he said, “Hello Miss Hawke. I’m Archimedes.”

The moment I stepped inside, I saw him again. Tall. Broad shoulders. He wore a dark hoodie, the hood slightly shadowing his face. A nose mask covered the lower half of it, but even with that… he still looked impossibly striking.

He sat perfectly still, but every line of his body screamed power. ​He wore a polished silver mask that covered the left half of his face, where the worst injuries were rumored to be. The mask was cracked in one place, giving it a brutal, shattered look. His visible features were sharp: a strong jawline, and one eye deep, icy black that was currently fixed on the patterns in the carpet. I know he is the one for me. I matched the dress with three inch heels that have silver straps that go up to my mid-calf. My masks main color is navy blue with a filigree design throughout the mask and diamonds outlining my eyebrows as well as some placed in spots, randomly on the mask. I can’t wait for Aspen to see me.

Similarly, he wore a mask that was similar to the other Night Empire warriors with the only difference being the silver and purple detailing that signified his position. I stood in front of the full-length mirror while she circled around me like an artist inspecting a painting she hadn’t quite finished. She tugged lightly at the sleeves of the oversized black hoodie she’d made me wear before stepping back with a satisfied nod. A black face mask covered the lower half of my face, while the hood hid most of my hair. The faded blue jeans and plain sneakers completed the disguise, leaving very little about me recognizable. I stared at my reflection for several long seconds before slowly turning toward her. “So…” I lifted my hands and looked down at myself. “This was your brilliant plan?” Mara grinned proudly.
