Pearl monster, a super rare animal of the sea. It only came out once a year and reach the waters where we were present right now. Damn, how could I forget this? He planned to use us as bait to catch those creatures. Pearl monsters looked like dolphins but they were the size of whale sharks. They had an antenna on their forehead which contained a shining pearl at the tip. That pearl was one of the most expensive things on the planet. I could not imagine he was planning to do that.

His cool voice and reasons made her roll her eyes. “Or you can’t swim?” She questioned a potential fact. She didn't care much about the issue that he said someone had chosen this island as a holiday destination for him. She was more interested in knowing he hadn’t gone for a swim despite being on an island. “Of course, I can swim. I even won some medals in school back then” Yeah, Whatever. “Or are you afraid of sharks?” “The statistics of shark attacks in this area for the past hundred years is zero, I have checked.” The answer made her roll her eyes again.

It worked! The monster let out a furious roar and recoiled slightly, giving them a huge sense of hope. The light from the flashlight, though small, was enough to disorient it for a moment, creating an opening for them to access the power core. "You hold the flashlight," It said, handing the flashlight to Gawin. "Can you repeat the password again?" "Wave, Coral, Pearl, Eye, Dolphin, Sea anemone, Conch shell, Moon." "Okay, you guys try to buy me some time. I'm going in to shut down the power core," It said with determination.

The asphalt road was torn apart as countless dark openings started appearing! The scrapped vehicles and garbage around them fell into the black hole and were swallowed up in an instant! “Fuck! Run!” Hunter was startled for a moment before he then ran forward. Monki followed closely behind. Both of them were running wildly, and when they finally came to stable ground, a huge wave broke out not too far away, covering the sky and the sun as sea water poured toward the entire city! Hunter and Monki were swept away by the pouring seawater before they could even react!

Curious, I slid the glove half off of my hand and saw the slightest sliver of a lightning bolt appear. At least now I knew that I could keep from shocking people randomly as long as I had gloves on. Damien smirked at my little experiment, and it dawned on me that the lightning bolt only happens when I touch Damien, I have never shocked someone else before, at least I don’t think I have. “I wonder if it only happens when I’m around other non-human creatures?” Damien hummed as he looked at me and bit his lip as he thought about it, “I think we should go and test that theory, yes?”

Philip stared at the octopus apprehensively. For some reason, he found the octopus very odd. West Ocean Island was usually quite low-key with no natural disasters. The sudden appearance of a huge sea monster would definitely attract many people’s attention. Philip even had the suspicion that the monster appeared because he infiltrated the real West Ocean Island. In fact, that was indeed the case.
