HIS ROOMMATE WAS A LIE

HIS ROOMMATE WAS A LIE

Which was ten times scarier than if he’d actually yelled because now he knew something was up and he wasn’t the type to let go things that easy. I didn’t sleep much that night because every time I closed my eyes, I saw Marcus dangling that bra, the smirk on his face, the suspicion in the room. And Kael, watching me like he was piecing together a puzzle I couldn’t afford for him to solve. By morning, I woke up looking like a zombie and that was the exactly moment River, Alexander, Luca, and Theo decided to barge into the room. “Rise and shine, sunshine!” Luca practically yelled, opening the curtains dramatically.

The Roommates : Haters or Lovers?

The Roommates : Haters or Lovers?

This is going to be fun! Samara's point of view I came outside the room and quickly dialed MIss Mary’s number, the owner of this dorm. After five rings she finally picked the call. “ MIss Mary, can you please------ “Is your new roommate arrived? If yes then take good care of him. I don’t want to listen to any complaints about your improper behavior. Got it.” She warned me and cut their call without listening to me. What the hell was that?

Game Over, Evil Roommate

Game Over, Evil Roommate

When they discovered it was because of Sia, her rotten reputation sank even further. Somehow, a rumor spread that Sia liked eating dead rats. It sparked ridicule and disgust wherever she went. However, the smell was almost gone. I knew that it was because I had not fallen into her trap. The misfortune she had prepared for me had not stuck. Her scheme was on the verge of failing. I assumed that she would not be able to hold back much longer. Surely enough, two days later, she somehow convinced my other roommate to switch rooms with her temporarily.

The Roommate

The Roommate

"Who's this?" The little red head dipped under his chin, and reached up to smack his arm with vengeance. It was cute, that she thought she was scary, and he simply waited for her to introduce him. Curious what she would say. "This is Jackson, he's our new roommate, Randy invited him." She said it simply, and Jackson felt oddly disappointed. Well, that was lame. He always liked a little spice. Leaning his elbows down over her chair, with arms cradled innocently on either side of her silky strands, he cooed. "Don't let the princess fool you, I'm also her very, very, best friend. Why, we're almost inseparable now."

This book is so captivating ! It truly captures the realism of emotional/psychological abuse, complications of the heart, friendship, and how everyone has their side to a story/not everything being as it seems! I enjoyed the twists and turns that it took me on!

Wow! This was really an amazing book. It's definitely a page turner. It was also unique compared to so many love stories out there. The topics of narcism & gaslighting are important along with mental health. This book could be so much better with proper editing and proofreading. Vocabulary was good.

Haunted Roommate: She's the Ghost Who Babysits Me

Haunted Roommate: She's the Ghost Who Babysits Me

I stayed silent. "The apartment where she had that accident was a company unit assigned to her," Stan said. "It's been empty ever since the accident. Later, the company wanted to take the place back, but the staff they sent over all got badly spooked. Over time, rumors that the place was haunted started to spread." He looked at me, his gaze sharpening. "But that changed when you showed up. When I first saw your rental address, I was shocked. I honestly thought you'd be running out of there in tears within three days. But you didn't.

Warning: Danger

Warning: Danger

I said. “Yes MOM you be safe too,” she said, and we both hung up. The voices downstairs were now louder but happy. Clearly something was going on. I ran into the bathroom and freshened up, not knowing what to expect. I opened the bedroom door and the stench nearly knocked me over. Muerte. But not like a vampire. It was the roommate. He was here. What the hell was he? It wasn’t good.

Two Faces in the Dark

Two Faces in the Dark

Queenie was scared to the point of tears. "Julia, I'm so scared… Can we go to the resident director tomorrow to request a dorm change? This dorm's got to be haunted!" Madison was no longer interested in gossip. She agreed with Queenie, her face as pale as a sheet. "Damn it. If I knew the scoop was that thrilling, I wouldn't have joined in so eagerly. How am I supposed to sleep now?" I was also feeling the creeps, but logic told me ghosts weren't real. It was most likely a prank that simply coincided with what happened to Leah. It also didn't help that Leah was a timid person, to begin with.

Those Who See the Comments Vanish

Those Who See the Comments Vanish

Silence descended upon the room after my roommate, Quinn Lawrence, disappeared. I looked at my other two roommates, Rosalie Walters and Tiffany Norton. We tried to push the door open again to no avail. It didn't even budge an inch. My heart hammered wildly in my chest as I looked at the wall of comments before me. A thin layer of sweat beaded across my forehead. I knew without a doubt that the person that the commenters were looking for was me. After I changed majors during my junior year in university, I developed a crush on the campus heartthrob, Seth Sterling.

THE ASSASSIN IN HIS BED

THE ASSASSIN IN HIS BED

"You can get your own room if you want, but it’s extra, comes out of your tips. Most of the girls share. It’s cheaper, and honestly? It gets lonely in this place. Having a roommate… it helps. Someone to talk to who gets it." Fuck that. There was no way in hell I could share a room. My plans and my very reason for being here; all required absolute privacy. "My last roommate left almost a year and a half ago," Starlet continued, a touch of sadness coloring her tone. "Haven’t had the heart to replace her. Or find anyone who wasn’t a total nightmare, anyway." My entire body went still. A year and a half. The timeline was a perfect, chilling match. Haley was killed a year and a half ago. My pulse

he yelled. "Yeah, Alex, where's the spirit?” Darren smirked beside him. I sighed as I strolled into the elevator going to our lounge. They kept blabbing in utter disgust. “I got paired with an unknown bitch as a roommate," I spoke, and everywhere went silent, but then they burst into laughter. “I knew you guys were stupid," I scoffed. “Dude, how?! Because this school's got like three huge hostels, and you say the rooms are occupied," Damien laughed.
