Horror Stories To Write About Novels & Stories

I read the titles out loud. “The Devil in Silver by Victor LaValle. The October Country by Ray Bradbury. Broken Monsters by Lauren Beukes. Last Days by Brian Evenson.” I curl up my lip in disgust. “This is your reading style?” I frown. He glances up. “I like horror.” I widen my eyes. “Boring.” His jaw ticks in annoyance. “What do you like to read?” I purposely bend over, revealing my naked ass. “I like raunch.”

She smiled thinking to herself maybe this was a night of creepiness. _____♡♡♥♥♡♡_____ A/N Happy Halloween! I hope you enjoyed this! I wanted to put something up for this night as I love writing horror. Infact I started off with a horror story on wattpad but never got around to finish it. I'm planning to finish it after I'm done with this book. So how are you all? I missed you guys and your sweet comments. Thanks so much for holding on to this book for so long. Ken asks while trying to make the conversation a little lighter. "I swear, Ken. Big huge hairy creatures that shift between men....and ugly wolf-men hybrids...They also talked about vampires at the place they held me for four days. We don't live in the world we think we do...I swear on mom. The girl I escaped with...they shot her in the back of the head. To escape from the basement I made the furnace explode...I killed people to get away from them, Kenny. I became a monster to escape monsters. I would never make that up," I declare, and Ken's eyes widen as he digests my words.

“Castle. Vampires. Throne with issues.” “Vampires,” he echoed. “Right. Should’ve expected that.” He tilted his head. “You write horror?” I blinked. “What?” “You said ‘horror,’” he pointed out. “Unless you meant your life, in which case—relatable.” A reluctant smile tugged at my mouth. “Both, technically,” I said. “But yes. I… wrote horror. Online mostly. Short stories. Flash. Some longer stuff. Nobody important read them.” “Clearly somebody did,” he said, gesturing vaguely at the bus, the windows, the [KEY AUTHOR CANDIDATE: FLAGGED] that had flso long ago. “But hey, that’s metal. My mom hated scary movies; she’d have lost her mind over you.”

It infuriated Cassy more—with the night that’s the homecoming of the ghosts and horrors. A wicked laugh itched to be out, instead, she scrutinized the height. The distance between her and the ground did not harrow her. It amazed her at how different she’s lurking around where the normal people might not even stare without a wave of nausea washing over them. An urge to smoke-filled her; she fetched a pack from the inside pocket of her dark blue jacket; ignited the flame, mumbling, “Every legendary story is a pent-up frustration of human beings to invoke fear in the minds of those whom they hate. Several against one or one against many.”

“What are you waiting for? Do you need a bedtime story?” I chew back a smile. Settle against the headrest. “Why? Do you have any?” “Me?” “No— Weres. Us, I guess.” “Sure, but they’re bleak. Humans and Vampyres coming for us if we nip our teachers too hard. The gods of nature toying with their beastly children. Cosmic horror— that kind of shit.” “Wow. Do children like them?” “I didn’t. Had nightmares about them for years.” I nod slowly. “That explains it.”

But was he strong enough to dent two motorcycles with only his hands? I felt like this research was starting to drive me crazy. I could hardly wrap my mind around all the stories I’ve been reading. Most of the pictures were similar to one another with the same wounds on their necks and pale white as the clouds. It was like whoever had done this had drained these people of every last drop of blood. Opening a new document, I began writing a new short story. A story about a charming vampire seducing a young girl. In the end, the girl becomes a vampire and began “hunting” in the city with the male protagonist.

I apologize that this book is really short with less than 30k words in all. I plan to edit it at some point and make it better. I figured that a really long Horror book might be less interesting and would just seem drawn out. I've not read a lot of them but I watch horror movies so I wrote this like I would picture an Horror movie. I appreciate all those who stuck with me and read Reincarnation regardless. Thank you all. After saying this, I would love and appreciate your feedbacks and things to watch out for when I do edit the book. It would be really helpful and appreciated. Bonus scene ideas too would be great. “Um, yeah, that’s the genre I’m most known for. Why?” “I know you’ve written about vampires, zombies, demons, serial killers, and even a Sasquatch, but no books about haunted houses, correct?” “No novels,” Brad said, his stomach churning with acid as he detected the point of this line of questioning, “but in my collection I have a story about a haunted treehouse.” Ramon grunted. “I bet if you released a haunted house novel, it’d be a big hit. Especially now that you actually live in a haunted house, don’t you think?”

.. Tales of vampires and ghosts can only be seen in movies or in mystery books created by authors with deep imaginary thinking. They are Made up stories and nothing more. Maybe I was wrong! I tried to control my nerves but heavy fear gripped me. I shined the torchlight towards the direction of the noise but nothing looked odd. I swallowed hard and took a minute to gather my nerves before taking another step forward.
