Her jaw was almost about to fall when I opened the door of that little cottage. “This …is so beautiful. You could see houses in the fields, a few buildings in the distance, as well as open space for their members to roam in wolf form. Pulling up the long driveway to the packhouse gave way to an amazing view. You could see mountains in the distance along with the tops of trees. The house itself was modest. It was a three-story home with a rustic mountain feel. There was a wrap-around porch with an awning over it. At the top of the stairs stood three people. There was a couple in the middle, presumably the Alpha and Luna, with one man to their left and right. As the car stopped, Peyton spoke up.

I frowned and then watched as his eyes greyed out indicating he was mind linking someone before it cleared. The house was beautiful. It had a grey stone exterior and large windows showcasing the modern decor inside. I was in awe of it's beauty. "That is a stunning house," I said feeling excited to explore inside. "This my home." "Are you the only one not living in the pack house?"

Ivory stone walls rose four stories high and it's wide windows reflected the sky so clearly. Emma was looking at the maids in uniform who crossed the courtyard in different directions when a butler dressed in a black tuxedo opened her door. "Welcome to the Montero Family Mansion." The butler said with a french accent. "Thank you." She smiled at the bald-headed butler and she stepped out.

The Montgo family ancestral home, which Vivienne was visiting for the first time, made her realize what a true castle looked like. It was like a castle you would see in a TV drama, with a large expanse of land. However, the design of the Montgo family mansion had more of an Eastern influence, with a courtyard-style garden, lush tree-lined paths, and the towering trees concealing the quaint buildings, giving it a serene, elegant, and distant feel.
